Great company and excellent customer service. I placed an order and it hadn't arrived when expected. I emailed them and without hesitation they offered to reprint and send (at no additional cost) or to give a refund. A couple of days later my order arrived - great quality and very useful items. A few days after that the original order turned up with lots of odd postal markings - looks like it got held up somewhere in the mail. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Their service shines when something out of their control goes wrong.
I purchased thermoadhesive labels x clothes and a few x items. The ability to customize everything is really nice...the labels are fabulous, clear and easy to apply. Great price as well.
Order not yet arrived, put back on delivery but still not arrived. Also the tracking number seems to have never been picked up UPDATE I have edited the review because order has arrived.

Super stickers, fast delivery
I have been ordering my childrens school labels from Petit Fernand for the past 3 years. They are honestly the best labels around. Delivery did take a while this time round (this was issues on Royal Mails side though not Petit Fernand) but when I did contact customer services to see if I could track my order the speed in which they responded was exceptional. Amazing customer service and amazing products.

Horrific. Paid for name labels that never arrived. Was told they'd been shipped but never received an email to this effect. Slow customer service response and have now stopped responding, despite having taken my money and not provided the goods. Avoid!

Would highly recommend! I ordered one of the school packs and have been really impressed with them so far. It has been really good to have stickers as well as iron labels and they are both very easy to apply. The shoe stickers also work very well! So far I have been very impressed with the design and quality.
Unfortunately, I don't like the iron-on labels. The selection that was made on the homepage was not implemented as selected, so I now have labels that I didn't want. But maybe I made a mistake when I entered them. Apart from that, I found the delivery time of over two weeks too long for the price, so the product arrived later than required. The labels only fulfill their purpose to a limited extent when ironed on. However, customer service proved to be very friendly and accommodating and a solution was offered.
Been using the stick and peel labels for the last 5 years always recommend wouldnt use anyone else
Very nice products with top quality. I have already ordered various stickers, lunch boxes and drinking bottles and have always been very satisfied. The stickers are delivered in "booklet form" which I think is great because nothing flies around and everything is together. One star deduction because the motifs are not sufficient. With some stickers, some motifs are simply too small or the positions don't quite fit. It would be nice if you could decide the distance between the motifs and the text yourself.
