Shipped on time, even if it seems a bit long for something from the country next door. The whole thing was put in a simple envelope, it arrived all twisted and perforated. The labels themselves are perfect, I love the look, they're easy to use, and the format doesn't take up too much space for storage. The labels are sturdy, as usual, and once stuck it's impossible to remove them. They're really, really good!

I have purchased several years and the stickers have always been great. This time I placed the order on September 2, and I still haven't received it, I haven't gotten a satisfactory response either, the 3-10 business day delivery deadline has been exceeded. And I have had to mark the school supplies differently because I still don't know anything about my order.

I have been ordering twice now and even though I asked for the order tracked, the ORDER DOES NOT REACH ME........... Too bad because the labels are cute, but I see myself forced to stop ordering from this site!!!

The labels are nice, but the invitation cards are very average. They are small, the cardboard is thin and the so-called envelopes are to be constructed and cannot be used for mailing. Very disappointing item?

I love those stickers and have been using them every year. This time I have not received my order at first and my enquiry has been dealt with and issue resolved in very profesional manner. I would definetley recommend them and will remain loyal customer.

We paid an additional fee to receive the package on time and we washed it later.

Beautifully made website, easy to use to customize your own labels. Also trackable shipping for a few extra euros and arrived in 10 days. Labels as perfect as all the other years. They stick well and even the ones to iron stay on despite doing machine washes.Excellent quality. Highly recommended.

I never received the package or even a tracking number.

On the website the package with 50 labels shows delivered, but I never received it. Wrote 2 complaints and 1 email to customer service, never received a response.

I've ordered from this site several times and it's worked perfectly every time. Fast, compliant and efficient. The labels are pretty, stick well and are perfect for nursery and kindergarten.

I have been buying labels for both of my babies every year for at least five years. Aside from being very pretty, they are really good quality. The ones that stick to the fabrics, for example, that we use on the pencil cases, have never come off, despite washing in the washing machine. The delivery service is also perfect. What to say. Super satisfied!

I had paid for the package to arrive within 18 hours, and I got it in Brussels 6 days later.

Overall, the products are nice and practical, although the only downside is that the iron-on labels come off after washing at 40 degrees. Delivery time always a little longer than expected.
