I never received my order

The order arrived late, I wrote to you several times and did not get a solution. Very very disappointed, I will not buy again nor will I recommend it, there are other options as stickers better. I am sorry.

I placed an order with enough time to use the labels. The order never arrived, every time I wrote an email it took 4 days to reply. Very bad service, and of course I never got to use the product because it was lost. I am still waiting for the credit note.

The self-adhesive labels ordered do not stand up to washing and drying.

I find it unjustified that you charge 6 euros shipping costs on an order of more than 60 euros. In addition, the shipment was made by Correos and it took more than 10 days to arrive in two packages, one of them was left in the mailbox. You say on your website that personalized orders are made in 48 hours, which you did not do, as it took you at least 4 days to send the order. The canteen lid cracked within a few days of being used. I have considered ordering a replacement but the price seems excessive. Some of the heat adhesive clothing labels have already peeled off....

Never arrived the product bad

Order a crib kit and pot labels. I didn't receive the labels. After contacting after-sales service, I received an e-mail telling me that they would be sent to me. Today, 10 days later, I still haven't received anything, but my account has been debited.

I haven't received anything. They say they have sent out my order, the address was correct. I wrote two emails, first one says wait. I waited a month, now nobody answers. Update: But through Paypal I got my refund after that.

They force me to buy elsewhere in the absence of response and lack of interest on their part, on the 17th they tell me that it must be that it has been lost and that if I want to repeat the order or get my money back. Without any apology and completely ignoring the message of the mail that I had sent them on the 17th saying that what I was interested in was the money. Faced with this incompetence and lack of empathy on your part, I resigned myself to repeat the order to see if it is able to arrive before the next school year.
