I am still waiting for the order placed on September 4. They don't let you know how bad service is!!!!
I give them one star and because it does not allow me to give them less ...I made an order and it has not arrived to me and I have sent them messages 3 times and they write to me in French ...what I want is that they give me back my money or that they send me the tickets...when I have made the order it is in Spanish and when one claims they send you long tesyamentos in French ...there is no responsibility and little seriousness....

I'm very disappointed with termo-adhesive labels. Either they burn with a setting on cotton/linen or a little less strong, or they peel off even after a 24-hour break. So I ordered the sticky labels to test them out.
I will not buy any more or recommend to anyone.
I took the order because it would arrive before September 6 and it arrived 2 weeks later, so the stickers were useless because my son had already started school and I had to put new ones.

The order took too long and the description is not correct. Once received it says that if you stick it on the clothes, it can go with the washing machine. That you have to stick it on the label and there are garments that do not have a label.

I find it unjustified that you charge 6 euros shipping costs on an order of more than 60 euros.
