Good service, fast and good quality products on arrival!

Very disappointed by the manufacturing time. It was noted 2 working days and the delivery took more than a week. However, I was very satisfied with the products.

We bought 2 stoppers for the personalized water bottles, because the one we had broke after a water bottle fall (while cycling). The bottles are great, pretty and of good quality. The only "snag" is the cap, which is very difficult to open and close (the clip on the top) AND, also, once open (cap up), it's also very hard to turn the "neck" to the open position so that the water can dry out. In any case, a child can't do it on his own before 4-5 years old, I'd say (my 6-year-old son, who's starting first grade, just got there this year). It's a real pity, because the purpose of a water bottle is to enable the child to drink independently (and this is true from kindergarten onwards, especially for after-school activities, day-care, school outings, picnics and so on). After that, the advantage is that when the gourd is properly closed, it's really watertight, but then, for that to happen, the child has to be able to close it again, which isn't the case 🙁 Perhaps you could find a simpler, watertight system for our little ones' hands?

The water bottle I ordered lets the water out. My son's bag was completely wet on the first day of school? Update: They will send me a new water bottle. The customer service is very good, they quickly solved the problem.

I have not received my order yet

The company took care of Chronopost's delay, refunding me the full amount of my order, which I no longer needed because it was too late. For this I can say that I am very satisfied.

I take labels every year, so I'm always happy with them, they hold up well. I'm just disappointed with the Christmas stickers because they're expensive for what they are. And I didn't choose the right color for the text on the website. It looked good but in real life you can't see the name very well, which is a shame. As for the quality, nothing to say.

Fast and efficient

Ordered shoe tags and a wooden bag tag for my daughter's first day of kindergarten. Top! A ring would be desirable with the wooden label so that it's less difficult to remove by the child or someone malicious. Otherwise top quality! I'm delighted!

I order these self-adhesive labels every year for my son, and find them very practical for both clothes and objects. I find they last quite a long time, and only in very rare cases do the labels come off the clothes.

Despite several messages sent to find out when I would receive my order. It arrived two weeks later or more. Then when I realized that I was mistaken on a number, it told me that my order was sent but I received it on a week after ??. Disappointed because my previous orders went very well.

2 orders. Both never arrived. The refund was made quickly. We will certainly not order there again. Very disappointing.

Very practical and reasonably priced

The labels are very pretty, exactly as they looked when I ordered them. They seem to stand up to washing (already 2 washes at 40°C and they haven't budged). We'll have to see how long they last.

After placing an order for a label that never arrived, Cmon étiquette returned the order promptly. The labels are beautiful and the ones for the clothes wash well. I order at the beginning of every school year and am very satisfied.

Labels that hold up very well over time, I had made a first order for my son and seeing that it held up very well I made a second one for my daughter. When the package never arrived in the mailbox, I contacted customer service, who got back to me right away. They sent me a second parcel. I highly recommend it and the customer service is really great.

Super product. my daughter's bottle top broke, so I bought only the caps, which is great. Only downside is the minimum purchase of 9. While the cap is 8.
