Labels very good, pretty package but very disappointed with the delivery it was a day late although I had paid 9 extra because it was urgent to have ordered them on Thursday to receive them on Monday when it was scheduled for Saturday ... my son was able to go to school on Monday with his clothes marked with permanent marker. Too bad Sending a message to customer service: no reply To be continued

I have never received my order. I have complained and have been given another deadline. I was told to contact you again if I did not receive it within that time, but I am still waiting for a response (and it has been almost two months).

I paid for expedited shipping instead the package arrived to me in unneeded time. I had even sent an email explaining my problem and they replied saying to ask my post office. If I pay for expedited shipping it is because I need it in a short period of time and shipping is not my problem otherwise I would have saved myself that money. The package arrived to me after so many days and I was not even refunded for the inconvenience I had. I will not buy labels from this site again.

Very responsive. Labels received in less than a week. However, despite our diligence in sticking them on with the iron, some labels come off after washing. You have to iron them again, and so on. In short, we have to make do!

Excellent labels as excellent as the customer service turned out to be. Despite the fact that I had in fact chosen traceable shipping, due to a post office inefficiency I think, with that shipping number it was not giving me any info. I emailed and without my asking they refunded the extra service I had requested. A few euros, but this nicety nevertheless demonstrates the attention to the customer also emphasized by the request to keep them updated on whether it was delivered by the deadline. The labels then thankfully arrived and to date I am more than satisfied with them.

I put 5 stars because I love the stickers are very nice and I ordered them again because I used them with my older son. The only thing is that with my oldest I ordered the ones that he ironed with the iron and now I ordered stickers that don't need ironing. The only thing is that they all fall off. Maybe I didn't know how to put them on, I don't know if there is a way to put them on or I don't know what I'm doing and it's a shame really! I have read the instructions and I think I am doing the right thing, I have also washed the clothes with hot water in the washing machine I don't know the next time I order them I think I will order the iron on ones again. They stick well and don't peel off in any way. At least I've tried the stickers but I definitely like the iron-on ones better. I will be ordering them soon! I've used this company in the past always been great but this time my order hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer services twice and no one has helped me, or helped get the order to me.
