I've been using the platform for years. I've never been disappointed. The labels are of very high quality and the graphics are very nice. This time, bad luck, the package got lost, I guess, the order never arrived in my mailbox. I contacted customer service and they were super responsive. They sent me the order by tracked parcel and 48 hours later, I received it.

Unfortunately, my 1st order did not arrive. Big praise to the customer service, new ones were sent immediately without any problems! Many thanks for that! Unfortunately, this time they don't live up to their promise. They don't last through the wash even though I follow the instructions exactly and even let them "dry" for 24 hours before wearing them for the first time. Too bad

After not receiving my first order, I contacted customer service who were very friendly and responsive! They offered to send me back the labels or a refund. The labels arrived 5 days after the 2nd shipment and I am delighted!!!! Thank you C my label!!!

The shipment took a long time to arrive, I think more than a week late. The envelope arrived opened and wrinkled. The clothing labels do not stick well and in one wash I already jumped several. The truth is that everything in general is a disaster.

The labels themselves are very high quality and beautiful. I have deducted two stars because I would like smaller labels for items, for example, and the delivery time was very long.

Fast delivery, but the labels come off easily after washing. It would be great if you could make some with characters that children love, patrol, princess, Disney...

I have previously ordered from a similar Spanish company when I lived in another country and the order arrived very quickly. My order at Petit-Fernand took more than two weeks, if not longer. And now I live in Spain and it was not only the shipping but also the production time. The clothing stickers have come off with the washes, compared to the other brand that never came off. What I like the most however are the stickers for notebooks or books because you can have a variety of them on a single page.

Uncomplicated, lots of choice, the adhesives hold extremely well - whether in the shoes or on the clothes - they survive all washes, fast delivery
