Ordered 2nd stick on clothes labels for school uniforms. Absolutelly love the product as it stays on even after a year of washing clothes. Will definitelly order again.

First order I place. 3 weeks and it does not arrive. I complain, they are going to refund me the money. I order again the same, this time express, where they guarantee delivery before 6 pm, 2 days after shipment. I paid more expensive for nothing. It did not arrive

I am satisfied with my order and my labels. As usual, the quality is top notch. Delivery is fast and top-notch! My daughter's starting fourth grade next year, so instead of getting a label pack with her name on it, I'd prefer something else. Here are my ideas just in case. Could you set up some benevolent labels with the words "You'll succeed, believe in yourself! Or be proud of yourself. Thank you for always providing a quality service!

I had not received my name stickers in the post after a few weeks so I contacted the customer service team and they immediately offered either a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement and the order turned up in under a week. Great customer service and a lovely product.

Not satisfied, I ordered labels with a flowery background but I end up with labels with an almost white background because the flowery background remains outside the cut contour... This constraint was not indicated anywhere when I placed my order... so this type of background should not be offered...

Great product. My second time ordering. I just had to remove a label that had been on 4 years to give my younger child his brothers coat and it was still so stuck. Will continue it purchase these stickers each year for back to school!

I alway's use Petit-Fernand for labels for my kids clothes for school, they like to pick the colours and images for themselves and are alway's excited for them to arrive! Thr label's stick well and last in the clothing, they are good quality and alway's arrive quickly. I would definitely recommend ordering from Petit-Fernand for all ypur labelling needs !

Great product, lovely booklet that it comes in with explanations. Took a long time to arrive, longer than expected.

Absolutely love these labels. Still going strong on my daughters uniform after a year of being washed constantly (she's a messy 5 year old!). Ordered more for this year. The personalisation options are great, my daughter loves how pretty her labels are!
