I have been ordering labels for items for years.They are beautiful, durable,easy to use. This year I also ordered labels for clothes and shoes....formidable!

Quick and fast service

There was a misunderstanding with the shipping but everything was resolved. The labels are very good and very beautiful . You have to reserve them in time because it takes ten days as it is indicated for them to arrive.

It's nice to be able to personalize the labels and the shipping is super fast.

I never received the order so I thought it was a scam.

I am always happy with the orders I place. The labels are very nice but the heat seal labels at least fall off in the wash.

They seem good to me...the 'only thing is that they took a while,...I was hoping they would arrive in a shorter time.

The stickers are great and I ordered everything, plus it all comes in a neat little book....

They mis-shipped, I got another customer's order at home, but then they apologized and resent the correct order and also provided me with a discount code for a later order.

The shoe stickers last a very long time and don't come off. I am so glad that you can reorder the closures for the personalized lunch box.

The first time I didn't receive it but they sent it back to my mother and everything was perfect, thanks.

In addition to the quality of the product, they solved an incident that occurred with the order immediately, resending a lost order shortly after contacting their customer service. I already have my order and, although it took a while because of the incident, I am very happy with it and, without a doubt, I will continue to recommend these products to my family and friends.

Positive: I loved the products I bought, both the lunch box and the stickers! Negative: it took too long from my point of view to get the order at home!!!

I have been a customer for two years and have never been disappointed! The labels besides being graphically very beautiful are washing machine and dishwasher safe! Even the ones for school items are very durable! Very satisfied.

Leaky water bottle and broken cap on second day

Shipping was very slow. The quality of the product was not as expected with respect to the price One of the products came battered.

I ordered labels for both my children from this company, one set of the iron on ones and the other the sticker ones. Mine actually arrived after seeing so many comments that theirs didn't and there were no response from the company, so I was pleased! Here's where it became a waste of money…The sticker ones were practically pointless after a hour, peeling off bottles/clothing- may aswell used a sticker out of a sticker book! The iron on ones seemed very sturdy once applied so I was a bit more hopeful for them, unfortunately after 1 wash they are all falling off. Please save your money and don't use this company and fall for their colourful advertising with false positive reviews- they are also deleting all the negative reviews!

The customer service was very helpful and accommodating. My order did not arrive on time and they did not hesitate to send a new one asap. The product is of good quality as well. I was actually impressed as to how it looked like when it arrived, looked very professionally done.
