I ordered a gourd and received it without the seal, so it was leaking. I contacted Customer Service, who replied immediately and were very responsive to my request. They sent me a new cap. Conclusion: very responsive, competent and above all friendly staff.

They look great and are easy to put on, but they are easy to clean at 30 degrees in the washing machine so you need a new one every time.

We chose to buy the labels and not the stamp pad. We're not at all disappointed: they hold up very well, even when you put the blankets/clothes in the dryer.

Everything is perfect

I am really happy with my purchase. This is the third time I bought stickers to mark the clothes of my kids, the stickers arrived in great condition and very fast. They are small enough to be on the clothes labels. Can be read easily but just in case I spaced the letters between each other, and it looks great. The glue is quite resistant, after 3 years they are still on, after all those washes (one kid and now the second using the same clothes). The only suggestion would be that instead of been all in a book style they could come separate in an envelope, in cards so it's easy to take them out, because after some time they tend to get stuck together.

Customer service was helpful at the beginning, sent new product. It never arrived! When asked, it was assumed that the goods had arrived, although it was stated that the adhesives would come off after one wash. But the bombs stick in the washing machine. For me, this is definitely not a recommendation!

We ordered name stickers in different variations. The selection of motifs and color components is really appealing, there is something for everyone. The stickers have held up perfectly so far. One variant was faulty, but after a brief consultation we were sent new stickers straight away. Great service, very fast delivery!
