I placed the order on August 31, I wrote 7 days later to say that my order had not arrived, and they replied that it would arrive soon. I sent on October 10 and 11 emails repeating the message, and there was no response, on the 12th they replied to a third email telling me that I have to wait until September 17 to write them again if it had not arrived. All this in the middle of the opening of the school year, where the material I have to mark cannot wait. They force me to buy elsewhere in the absence of response and lack of interest on their part, on the 17th they tell me that it must be that it has been lost and that if I want to repeat the order or get my money back. Without any apology and completely ignoring the message of the mail that I had sent them on the 17th saying that what I was interested in was the money. Faced with this incompetence and lack of empathy on your part, I resigned myself to repeat the order to see if it is able to arrive before the next school year.
