It's been a month since I placed my order and it hasn't arrived and no one is giving me any solutions or refunding my money.no scammers and swindlers besides not being serious .I have lost my time and money

Horrible service, the order arrived 20 days late, evidently no longer good, the school started and no labels properly ordered to arrive on time. Customer service is not responsive.

I placed the order almost three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried to contact the company to get a solution and they only send automatic messages.

I placed the order in July, we are now at the end of September and still the item has not arrived. I have asked several times for a refund but no one responds except with automated message that leads to nothing. INESISTENT customer service

I did not receive my order I am very disappointed.

I have not had a good experience, I placed the order on August 30 and I have not received it yet, apparently it has been lost. Two days ago they told me that they would remanufacture it in 48 hours and a maximum shipping time of 10 working days. I needed it to mark school items that I have already had to mark in another way due to the delay.

Unfortunately I still have not received my order. I requested a change of address due to an error in the zip code a few hours after placing the order through customer service. The response and the change of the zip code arrived late, as the order had already been shipped. With the above I understand that my order is lost because the requested change was not handled in time.

Hi, I placed an order on August 31, it is now September 23 and it has not arrived. It was for my son's school and I had to buy other products. I have been told that they sent me a new order, which has not arrived either. A disaster!!!!!

Very disappointed with the quality ... labels to glue with iron does not hold despite several tests and several textiles tries ... I would not recommend more

I am very disappointed with my order. The iron-on labels don't wash out. I usually use self-adhesive labels, but this time I had no choice. I'm really sorry and I'm not going to order again. 12e for nothing!

I ordered labels 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I haven't heard from customer service in a week. I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I placed an order that has not yet arrived despite my email exchange with customer service who had suggested waiting until Sept 17 (order placed early Sept!) and then deciding what to do. I wrote back on Sept. 19 to say the package had not arrived but nessuma has not responded since. Definitely disappointing.

Good morning , unfortunately the goods do not arrive and you do not even have , after sending an email from us requesting information about it .Absolutely leave it alone .

I placed my order on September 1, according to a mail they sent me, made available to the post office on September 3. The 2 to 10 working days they give for delivery have passed and it still hasn't arrived. I know I am not the only one. Their Facebook page is full of similar comments. I send emails and they answer me in French, there is no way they will pick up the phone. A disaster. Money thrown away. There are other pages similar in price and much faster in shipping.
