The shipping is lousy, either it doesn't arrive, or it arrives very late. It has happened to me on the two occasions that I have placed an order.

I didn't receive my order, when I chased it, I was told that as 10 days had passed it was considered lost in the post. I was promised that a replacement order would be manufactured and despatched, within a few days. I'm still waiting for my order and am being spammed with emails to write a review on trust pilot. So, based on my experience so far, I can only mark 1 star for the response I received saying they would replace the order. If I do ever receive my order I will let you know. The products sound lovely but I've yet to see them to verify. I don't like leaving negative reviews so I'm sorry to have to do this. Update - my labels arrived this morning, second request but they are here, they are posted from France ???? so this explains the delay perhaps. They look really cute, I will be able to label things now and see how they perform.

It did not arrive within 2-3 business days as the advertisement says. Only after making payment it states that it could take up to 10 days. Very disappointed because I could not paste the labels, the sole had already started and I had already delivered all the material. Delivery time is very important you cannot state 3 days and put 10 days is a fraud.
