I've been ordering for several years now and I'm still as satisfied as ever.
I buy labels from you every year and I'm delighted! Speed, efficiency and beautiful design, everything is combined to have beautiful finishes on our children's school stuff!
I am very satisfied, I have already ordered for my children 2 years ago and having more I did a repeat order including my grandson. When you follow the steps correctly, the labels last.
I have not received my order
We had the bottle one week and the picture bubbled! This bottle was just short of £30! Not been put in the dishwasher only been in contact with water. However, I had a response and action taken within 24 hours. Handled perfectly by petit Fernand team who have immediately arranged a replacement. Thank you.
Did not receive my order But they sent a new batch of labels after leaving a review. Updating review. All received.
The labels arrived when they said they would and the service was fine, but unfortunately they didn't stick on some of the things I needed them to and fell off in the washing machine (even though I followed the instructions to the letter). I have since ordered iron on labels from another company.

Excellent customer service! My original order got lost in the post and a quick email to customer service resulted in a new order sent out immediately. The labels are of excellent quality and don't budge through a wash and dryer cycle. I'm so glad I switched to these a few years ago as it's saved me a lot of time and money!

This is already the third year I have had kindergarten stickers printed, very good product, fairly quick shipping.
I have the adhesive labels for clothes and for objects. Both hold very well! Only 2 labels came off when I washed them, but I stuck them directly onto the fabric because the label was no longer there - but the instructions say that they don't stick well to clothes! With the stickers for drinking bottle and snack box etc I am also fully satisfied, but I am a hand washer so I can not evaluate how it holds in the dishwasher.achja I have washed bodysuits at 60 ° and holds great !!!!

The quality of the labels is great, I have already washed some clothing items a few times and the labels are in perfect condition. My order was not delivered in the timeframe I was given and got only an automated reply when I tried contacting them, but luckily the order arrived the next day. I will choose the tracked delivery for peace of mind next time.
