I always got the labels and other very nice things, with the last order there was a problem with delayed delivery and customer support sent me another package identical to the lost one at no cost ! The package then arrived and they gifted me the one sent later ! Super helpful indeed !

My order was lost but the communication between myself and the seller was fantastic and they soon got onto it and sent a replacement which I received and was fully satisfied with my order and couldn't fault anything My little girl loved the name labels. Thank you.

So far I haven't been able to complain, the price, the speed of delivery and the quality of the stickers have always been great over the last 5 years. And there has always been a little extra. These over the years have been the best clothes labels. They don't wash out and come off clothes easily if you need to take them off. I ordered some which didn't arrive and no quibbles they sent them out again and they arrived a few days later.
