I ordered labels 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I haven't heard from customer service in a week. I am very disappointed.
Unfortunately, I placed an order that has not yet arrived despite my email exchange with customer service who had suggested waiting until Sept 17 (order placed early Sept!) and then deciding what to do. I wrote back on Sept. 19 to say the package had not arrived but nessuma has not responded since. Definitely disappointing.

I placed my order on September 1, according to a mail they sent me, made available to the post office on September 3. The 2 to 10 working days they give for delivery have passed and it still hasn't arrived. I know I am not the only one. Their Facebook page is full of similar comments. I send emails and they answer me in French, there is no way they will pick up the phone. A disaster. Money thrown away. There are other pages similar in price and much faster in shipping.

Good morning, the service has been terrible, what's more, I still haven't received the order I placed with you. I have sent 2 emails asking for explanations of the delay, one of them you have answered me in French and I have not been able to understand it and the other one I have no answer yet. I would like to be refunded the 9 euros because after almost a month waiting for the shipment I have not received it. So my rating is the minimum allowed and in the future I will order labels with another company, not yours.
