Hello, The iron-on labels of my last order were not pre-cut and were badly printed. They were unusable. What a disappointment!

Very disappointed after a wash the labels come off and I sent an email to the service to warn I'm still waiting for a return.

The labels arrived quickly, which is a positive point. However, I found them extremely difficult to peel off and sometimes they break or don't peel off on the pre-cuts, when you have 80 school supplies to label and for the price I find this a shame, hence the note. I've ordered self-adhesive clothing labels several times before, and I'm always very satisfied. I'm not sure I'll be ordering school labels again.

Disappointed for the first time with my purchase... Big problem with the small labels for school supplies... Impossible to peel them off the paper without peeling them off with the paper. Result: impossible to use!

I have very mixed feelings about the service. Good points: Super-fast delivery Many customization options Very fair price Labels that stick well The bad points : The labels arrived stapled in a notebook. The stapler was badly placed and I lost 1 label on all the sheets. I reported this to customer service, who didn't believe me and asked for photos. Of course, I threw away the damaged labels, so I couldn't take photos and therefore couldn't claim compensation.... I'm not sure I'd trust a company that doesn't trust me again....

The iron-on stickers come off after the first wash, even though I follow the instructions to the letter! But the stickers are great.

I order with sticker with pictures on them and when they arrived without any on then have tried to contact the company but have not been able to.

Once you've followed the instructions to the letter, the stickers can be removed in the washing machine, and some of them even after the 1st wash, using a completely standard program. I thought I'd saved time, but I'm rather disappointed. I stuck on 50 stickers and found at least 5 in the machine after one or two washes.

Reliable seller and fast shipping (production in 48h and immediate shipment thereafter). Colorful, easy-to-customize labels that stick. However, since last year, they've been harder to peel off the label (less clean cut).

My order was lost in the delivery of camina to my home I understand that it is not the fault of the company but rather the mail, but I think they should put a means of tracking the order so I can see how long it takes to get the order, or where it is ...... I am now waiting for another order to replace the order but there is no way to track it.

I probably read it wrong, but in the kits I bought, there are labels to stick on with an iron, which I hate, and the self-adhesive clothing labels don't come off very well :/ I don't like the special object kits either, which lack small labels for the many pencils (I bought 4 kits).

I was delighted to order, delivery was fast and the products were great. Except that once the labels were ironed on, they all came off in the first wash. So I was very disappointed.

The labels are very nice . I applied the thermoadhesive labels following the instructions , on the garment wash labels . After the first wash at 40^ and tumble dryer they have already come off ?

The iron on stickers have all come off when the uniform went in the washing machine.

Fast and careful delivery, the small notebook system is very practical and the printing is of good quality. Unfortunately, the glue isn't very good. Too bad, it was promising.

I've been ordering labels for children for 6 years. The quality and service have always been good. However, I've noticed that on my last 2 orders, there were some small quality problems in the manufacturing process (booklet staple positioned on the labels, impossible to peel them off without tearing them off, unclear cut so impossible to peel them off without tearing them off either). However, customer service is reactive. They respond very quickly. I hope that the next time I place an order, the impeccable quality of the workmanship will return.

Very pretty labels, but the iron-on labels won't stick. First machine at 30° and the labels come off! On the other hand, the adhesive labels to stick on the labels of the clothes hold after washing. Plus no response from after-sales service...

Beautiful patterns to choose from. Problem if you go too fast it doesn't stick. If you stay a bit on the iron, it gets damaged. Too bad. The paper supplied to put under the iron is not effective. I used a tissue.

I have always had a great time. The last order I received was made with different material which caused me inconvenience due to the label coming off

I really like the material... but they forgot to send me some stickers that I ordered... and they have charged me for them.

The product is good, but I ordered the labels for school supplies and they are too big for me.

Ordered since August 1st and still have not received the order. I also have to say that I have been ordering for 4 years and this is the first time this has happened to me.

Labels peel off after 3 washes.

Hello I was happy with my order. Until the first wash (at 30 degrees)... So for 28 euros for the maternal pack I'm disappointed I thought it would work better. I just had to order elsewhere....

Does not stick to all labels, let alone garments.

The labels are very good and arrived on time. But I did not receive the paper for the labels.

Disappointed, the quality has changed but not the price. Put on the same day on the same base, my labels bought 2 years ago hold up better than the ones I received 1 month ago.

I always go by my label (labels, water bottles, lunch boxes) and have nothing to complain about. It's quick and original. This year, perhaps due to the back-to-school effect, the labels weren't as good quality. Next year, I won't order them last minute. In any case, I recommend it!

I ordered and received it, but I didn't get the filter paper I needed to iron the label on the clothes... I had to find tracing paper to do it.

Paying 2e in fees and receiving a simple envelope stamped at the green letter rate (0.66e) is average!

Although I followed the instructions to the letter, the thermoadhesive labels came off right away, some after the first wash and some even just wearing the clothes. The ones for the items seem okay.
