Initial order got lost in the post. After 12 working days I contacted customer services to confirm that i had not received my order. They kindly offered the option of refund, or resend at their cost. I accepted resend, and received the new order within 5 working days. Really appreciated the customer service and easy resolution. The products were as described and appear to be good quality!

Fast delivery and good product. Reusable labels, in my case I use them to mark the water bottles and school tapers and when I have to change the bottle I remove them and stick them back on another one without problem.

Quality and resistant stickers, they do not peel off or break. Designing them is very simple and intuitive.

Lovely, affordable labels, easy to apply and of high quality, it remains to be seen how they hold up over time. Nothing to complain about, if I really wanted to quibble, (Spiderman's head) would be missing from the little drawings, but the pretty crocodiles and dinosaurs are there!
