There was a long delay in receiving my order however when I emailed customer service, they were very helpful and understanding. They even duplicated my order and got it sent out immediately incase the original order was lost.

The names looked amazing, came in good time and there was an excellent line of communication

The lunch box is great and so pretty. Little Amadeo proudly started to use it for his lunch and mum loves it as well. Thank you

The website is easy to use and the children loved picking out their customisation designs. My original order didn't arrive but after emailing customer services the situation was rectified easily and quickly by sending out another set for free. I have used Petit Fernand for a few years now and will continue to shop for School labels for many more years.

I have ordered some labels from you and they didn't arrive after 10 working days. When I sent an email regarding this, your colleague was extremely helpful, and offered a refund or to resend the items on your cost. I then replied saying I would like a refund only to re-order as I decided to have a different design on the labels in the meantime. I specifically said I decided with the fox design. Then your colleague sent a picture with altered design saying if this is the one I'd reorder, they can send it instead of the first (lost) order. I find it 100% helpful and customer friendly service. The labels are fantastic too, I love them

Very good quality

Placed an order on the 3/09/23 not yet received. Contacted company who said they would honour another order out to me. Not yet received again. 8/09/23. Granddaughter as started school now 6/09/23 with out any of her labels.

Great delivery time. Great quality labels. Have purchased before and stay on clothes for a year plus.

We've had these stickers every year for the past 4 years. They always last to the end of the school year and are really durable - very few scratches or fading. I've tried others but these are by far the best. My daughter loves customising her stickers for the start of the school year. Just make sure you order in plenty of time as they do take a while to arrive.

Everything perfect as always

Ordered first time, my order was lost and the customer service is great they re send it what I received this time. It's great quality, comes in a little book at the end part they give extra stickers, what my daughter loved. I highly recommend this company:)

Amazing customer service, prompt and efficient. The product is just as amazing ! Fabulous! Used the name stickers for past three years for the children. Stay in place whilst washed many times. Just stick ang ho on clothing, water bottles, school bags; anything at all. Teachers think they are fab too, no lost items.

Fantastic service. I had an issue with my order and it was resolved quickly and without any hassle. I would recommend this company as the products are amazing, but so is the customer service.

Beautiful designs, practical format in a booklet with perforated pages so that they can be easily shared, e.g. in the alternating model. The stickers also hold up well in the washing machine and dishwasher.

Our first order was delayed by a Royal Mail and could not be tracked customer services re-issued a new order to ensure we had the labels in time for starting school at no extra charge to myself. The customers services team are fantastic to deal with and the quality of the labels are fantastic. I defiantly be ordering again.

Really highly recommended, will definitely be using again! The labels were cute and perfect sized, just as described. They stuck on easily to the labels, and have so far survived the washing machine and tumble dryer, and wearing them in school. Super happy with them. Also, customer service was impeccable. My order didn't arrive at first so I reached out to them, and they responded very quickly and we're friendly and helpful. They sent out a replacement straight away at no extra cost, which did luckily arrive.
