On the positive side, I would like to highlight how nice the order was and on the negative side, it took longer than they said and I wrote twice to the company to ask if there was any delay and to this day I still have not received an answer.

As I write, I still have not received my order, nor any proposal from the after-sales service to respond to this situation, apart from emails containing surveys to find out if I am satisfied with their services.

The personalized lunch boxes and water bottles are very good quality and practical. Unfortunately, however, the iron-on labels for clothes are a disaster! Firstly, I had to buy an ordinary iron to put them on, as they don't adhere to the fabric at all with a steam iron (which is not clearly indicated, if at all!). Secondly, they come off very easily once I've put them on, not to mention the result after washing. Given the price, this is extremely disappointing. I'll definitely be ordering no more!

Lovely labels, they stick really well (although there was a problem with the shoe labels that came off on my son's slippers, but the soles were made of super-soft fabric) and a little mishap (I found labels with my son's name in my daughter's notebook and vice versa), but it was a great experience.
