As of today, the order has not arrived. I have been waiting for more than a month, two emails have been sent, and no response, other than that it has been delivered to the courier company. I will never order anything from this company again.

I have not received my order. I send them an email and they don't even respond.

A little dissatisfied, in the first wash the name came unstuck....

I still have not received my order. I placed a subsequent order and did receive it, but my first order placed on August 30 has still not arrived. Obviously I would not buy again. I finally received a second one at no cost and everything is fine, and very nice, the only problem has been the shipping, the product itself has no problems.

They are very nice, but they peel off after the first wash, and in some cases, even before. A real disaster

My order is lost, I contact customer service and they kindly send me back to the post office without even offering a gesture or a solution, and that's 2 days before the start of the new school year! What professionalism!

Still haven't recieved my labels emailed this company and was asked to be patient no explanation from customer services VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT customer service either by phone or on social networks because NO RESPONSE and I see I'm not the only one who has not received my order !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE

Disaster. Package never arrived money wasted. Why don't you track the shipment?

I think the dadhesive boards have changed. Jutilisamis this service for several years but I am disappointed, the labels are very difficult to detach and therefore damaged. I don't know if this is due to a defect or the change of paper.

It took me a very long time to receive the order (in fact I had to mark the clothes without waiting for the labels) and the most unprofessional thing is that I have not received any explanation for the delay. I don't think I will buy anything here again.

The order has taken 3 weeks to arrive. Incomprehensible that the shipping method is by regular mail between two national mail services. It should be indicated on the website.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the labels I ordered, and although I asked customer service for clarification, I did not receive a comprehensive response other than confirmation that the labels I ordered should have already been in my possession.

I placed the order at the beginning of the month...the goods were supposed to arrive after 2/3 business days and today which is the 22nd of the month there is still nothing on the horizon..I was also told to be patient that they actually are on the right delivery time..haha..I hope by the way that what I will get reflects the order..
