Ordered the labels on the 30th Aug - was given impression they arrive ëpretty quickly' or ësoon' after 48h despatch (even if 2-10 days is what reads on the website). Disappointed that the labels have not arrived before daughter starting school. Had to label using a sharpie! Let's see when ëpretty quickly/soon' happens 🙁

I don't know what's going on but I've been waiting for a month.

I still have not received my order and no return of my label after 1 call and 2 emails.

We had to wait for a second shipment because it did not arrive after ten days. We still do not know the reason and had to place a second order which did arrive home within 10 days.

The labels are very good but the wait for delivery is more than the site says.

I have ordered several times. Always satisfied. And this time quality problem. I was told that the defective labels would be sent back to me. It's been 15 days, still nothing. I'm a bit disappointed with the service

Lovely looking stickers as always but very difficult to peel off the backing. I've had these stickers for a number of years now and have never experienced such difficulty using them.

I find it regrettable that there was a promotion when I placed my order which was not applied automatically so I didn't get the discount.

Quality of the labels to make with the iron, mediocre this detaches at the end of little washing

Nice labels overall, but they don't wash well, several have come off... as for the ones that stick thanks to the heat of the iron, I followed all the instructions but they don't stick 100%...

Badly cut, difficult to remove without damaging them, doesn't stick very well.

Not satisfied with the heat-sensitive labels for clothes. If you follow the instructions carefully, the labels come off. 28 EUros is a high price to pay.

The products are certainly cute, but the iron-on labels come off with the first wash and dry. I wouldn't recommend labels. Very disappointed, I'll have to recommend a whole clothing kit elsewhere. Wooden labels and labels for objects very good on the other hand.

The labels are quite large (perhaps a little too large for my taste) and difficult to detach from the paper backing. But they're tough and very pretty. To be seen in time

Very disappointed with the labels I received this year! 1st wash of the masks for my son, who started CP on Thursday, and the iron-on labels had already peeled off after just 1 wash at 30 degrees 🙁

Everything arrived as expected, the only downside was that I had to claim it because it took longer than expected, but very good and efficient service, everything arrived correctly.

The labels are usually of good quality, but the ones on my last order were impossible to remove.

I love the labels and being able to personalize them, I give you 3 stars for your tardiness in receiving the order.

I am dissatisfied with the articles they come unstuck from the 1st wash.

The stickers are not easy to peel off

Little bit unsure as I have not received my order yet, placed on the 24th of August and was hoping to have had them by now. Still excited to see them if/when they arrive.

Very nice colors and stickers, unfortunately some stickers were pierced because the individual sheets were stapled together with a stapler. Too bad for the price.

Unfortunately, a few of the stickers were torn a little by the staples on the side. That was a great pity!

Too big I didn't like it too much and too expensive parapor to the quality

The no need for iron stickers are beautiful but all came off after 1 wash in the machine. Disappointed

Very nice products, unfortunately the iron-on labels don't stay on the garment after the first wash, so they're already starting to peel off. What's more, I made two orders and on the second one I was supposed to get a discount, which I didn't, so I was a bit disappointed.

The labels on the clothes came off almost all in the first wash. I'm disappointed.

The stickers look really nice, but some of them are very difficult to remove from the sheet/sticker booklet. I actually thought my son would be able to do it on his own, but it wasn't possible. All in all, it took quite a long time and I was pretty annoyed!

The iron-on labels in the pack I ordered were not pre-cut. I've sent several emails asking for them to be sent back, but I've still had no reply.

The labels are pretty, but the self-adhesive ones are difficult to remove and leave a plastic residue on the sheet they're stuck to.

Delivery was late, not 48 hours but 1 week, which is complicated when you have to go back to school. And the self-adhesive labels don't stick in the wash! But otherwise they're pretty.

It's a good thing you asked for our opinion. As satisfied as we were last year, this year the small labels have never come off. My 8-year-old son and I had a hard time getting 5 or 6 of them back in good condition. The lamination was not perforated or hardly at all. Too bad

Dispatched very quickly. But then they don't warn you delivery can take up to 10 days. Through the post?

For my 3rd order, I was disappointed for the 1st time. The stickers were badly precut and very difficult to remove from the backing.

The label designs are nice, but the gluing isn't optimal.

The font was really small and I don't recall seeing online how I could change the size or style. Not many plain options for older 9+ boys
