The product is of very good quality, I have labels that I bought a couple of years ago and they are still perfectly glued and also when I placed the order for my second child, the envelope was lost, did not arrive and I have made another shipment at no cost, 100% recommendable.

Hello, Normally I am completely satisfied. However, this time, there were duplicate labels and others were not there that I had ordered. It's a shame. The quality is also sometimes not the same.

The processing time was 5 working days instead of 48 hours! Delivery time by post one week within Germany! After a long wait, the stickers were much smaller than pictured/imagined. Conclusion: better to print them out yourself at DM or rossmann

The labels are very nice, my daughter loved them; I have not used them yet because they have just arrived, but they look very good quality. They have taken a little while to arrive, I chose the post office as the shipping method, I think they would not have taken so long if I chose another method. So, if you want them very fast do not choose the post office, for whatever reason some people get them fast and others do not. For my next order I already know. As for customer service they are also excellent, they answer right away and the treatment is very friendly. I hesitated, because they did not arrive quickly, but I was wrong. They are a reliable, safe and professional company!!!!

Delivery too long. I really thought about sending my order back because I had to buy other stickers for the start of school.

Until the order was completed on the site everything was perfect. Then in the shipping status it kept saying DELIVERED PRIORITY MAIL which is not clear whether it was delivered to the shipping service or to the user. Attempts made to get a response were all null and void....

BEFORE:The product never arrived AFTER: I made arrangements for a refund which arrived immediately, it is true I did not get the product but, the service was efficient and timely. On a future occasion I will try to purchase again.
