Hello, I would like to say that I ordered only once but I would recommend again I was delighted with the quality. I ordered the self-adhesive labels and frankly, even on fabric, they've held up really well for a few weeks now, and even on objects, they're niquel too. I really recommend it, and the customer service is top notch?
The labels are perfect, but I paid for express delivery (9 extra) and it arrived at my house as if I had taken standard delivery.
A breakdown in production equipment affected my order. Customer service immediately got in touch with me by phone to inform me and discuss possible solutions. If only everything could be that simple, the world would run more smoothly! Since then, the order has been received and corresponds exactly to our expectations!
Did not arrive on time
I have ordered before with them and everything was fine, but this time I paid 9euros for express shipping and it arrived a week later and, when I wrote to them asking, they replied that shipping can take up to 7 days unless I pay the premium I paid to receive it in 48hrs maximum
They stick very, very well, so it lived up to my expectations.
Very nice little personalized bag, and the labels to stick on clothes are very easy to use.
Beautiful clothing labels
Very bad experience: more than a week's delay in producing the labels, no warning message about the extended lead times, barely sincere apologies, no spontaneous commercial gesture. Between amateurism, flippancy and incompetence, I don't know what best qualifies them to be avoided.

Ordered the labels in late August did not arrive (school started), then after several emails I contact customer service who says we'll send them back but those haven't shown up yet either... The order is in my Wife's name.... Update 02/11 on third attempt made after call the labels arrived.
They charge almost 10 for express delivery (24/48h). In my case I did not receive it in that time and I have not been refunded.

Perfect labels as always, exaggeratedly long wait time. The package was initially delivered to a wrong address (not my fault), then sent back to correct address but with almost 1 month wait.
The company is doing well; however, the shipping service was very long about 26 days
Super attentive, very good quality and helpful. in mid-August I ordered some labels for my son, but almost 3 weeks passed and they did not arrive, I contacted this company and they sent me new ones that arrived just 10 days later, and my surprise was that the two envelopes of labels arrived!!! I called them to tell them that the two envelopes had arrived and to charge me for them but they gave them to me as a gift. It wasn't my first time buying but it won't be my last either as they are super practical labels and very easy to apply.
