I never received the labels I ordered on August 31.

Hello Order made on 05/09/21 on the site after offer in store gemo (pack gemo rentrée scolaire) Since NOTHING RECEIVED! IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT customer service either by phone or on social networks because NO RESPONSE and I see I'm not the only one who has not received my order !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE

Order paid for and never arrived

Disaster. Package never arrived money wasted. Why don't you track the shipment?

I think the dadhesive boards have changed. Jutilisamis this service for several years but I am disappointed, the labels are very difficult to detach and therefore damaged. I don't know if this is due to a defect or the change of paper.

It took me a very long time to receive the order (in fact I had to mark the clothes without waiting for the labels) and the most unprofessional thing is that I have not received any explanation for the delay. I don't think I will buy anything here again.

I have not received my order, it was supposed to be 10 business days and I have been waiting since August 29th ... I request a full refund of the purchase.

I have not received the product, I have sent an email indicating this and I have not received a reply.

The order has taken 3 weeks to arrive. Incomprehensible that the shipping method is by regular mail between two national mail services. It should be indicated on the website.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the labels I ordered, and although I asked customer service for clarification, I did not receive a comprehensive response other than confirmation that the labels I ordered should have already been in my possession.

I placed the order at the beginning of the month...the goods were supposed to arrive after 2/3 business days and today which is the 22nd of the month there is still nothing on the horizon..I was also told to be patient that they actually are on the right delivery time..haha..I hope by the way that what I will get reflects the order..

Everything comes off after the first wash, even after being worn just once. I'm very disappointed.

I paid for my order on August 27, 2021 and it is September 22, 2021 and I still have not received my order. Greetings.

Unfortunately, even if the labels are very pretty, after one or two washes (at 40°) they all come off! So I got out my good old permanent marker! Too bad

Bad decision to have bought anything here. They took a long time to arrive. No reply to my second email, the first one was answered in French. I had time to order them on stikets.es and they arrived earlier than yours. No shipping information, no tracking. In the end it was a waste of money because I had to order them elsewhere because the course started and the stickers had not arrived.

I would have put no star because I haven't received my order since the end of August, so I find your after-sales service non-existent because I sent you several emails and nothing as well as on Facebook.
