I ordered last year for my daughter and was very happy. This year I ordered for my three children and I was disappointed. My son made a label with a "grey" background, but on receipt the background was white. I contacted the site via Facebook and was told that it did indeed look grey on the cell phone to "stand out" but that he had chosen white. I think it's really misleading and my son was very disappointed because the label doesn't look at all the same and looks very bland. Of course it's a user error but the image is misleading and I'm sure he's not the only one who made a mistake. I don't know if I'll continue next time.
