I've been using the labels for years, and every year I buy the same ones because they are the best, they don't come off even if you put the items in the dishwasher and the clothes in the dryer. I love them!

The kids love their snack boxes, lunch boxes and activity bags, and several people have asked me where I made them.

The presentation is very good, but the object labels, after only a week of using them in the canteen and tupperware, have come unhooked....

On August 27th I placed an order and as of today, September 20th, I have not yet received it.

C-MonEtiquette is a great way not only to keep your school stuff together, but also to get your dishes back from friends when they can't remember whose box it was... too bad you don't make separate notebooks for each name, or at least propose a separation of orders.

I didn't receive my order and when they sent it back, they sent back one part and not the other... frankly, absolutely unprofessional.

The service is very good. I ordered stickers and they did not arrive at my address. I contacted customer service and they reshipped it to me free of charge super fast.

I am very happy with the result! There is a wide choice of background colors, text colors, stickers, really x every taste! Very good quality/price

The order was supposed to arrive on the 11th and it arrived on the 18th, I am not happy with the delay.

Products of excellent quality. Durable. They come off and reattach without ruining them. I had some problems with shipping, but the operators were efficient in resolving issues.

Usually very happy with the labels, here I'm disappointed with the sticky labels for clothes. They don't stick to textiles at all compared to the old ones. On the other hand, the labels for objects are great.

The labels are very nice and of very good quality but they do not meet the delivery times. They only meet them if you pay the express service of almost 10 euros and even then you write to them and they do not solve your problem. I placed the order on August 31 and to date I have not received anything.

I placed my ordered a month ago and still have not received it. I have contacted Petit-Fernand numerous times since my order was due and despite calls and emails, no one has bothered to get back to me. I am still waiting for either a call back or email or my order! My order wasn't cancelled and the money has been taken out of my account. There needs to be better customer service in place so if there is a long delay in the customer receiving their order we are fully aware.
