So far I haven't received my order and after a reply from the after-sales service saying it would arrive before March 1st, it's now the 3rd and still nothing. And no message to keep me informed as previously mentioned in a more than unsatisfactory e-mail. My niece recommended you, but I don't think so!

It is nefarious your page you advertise free shipping when then you send it to a point pack does not arrive home on top they lost my labels do not solve anything. And when they try to see their mistake they make it again sending it to another point to go pick it up when you should send it directly to the mailbox at home is supposed purchases over 20€ is free but not one leaves 24€ and what I get is to go pick it up where they say I do not think I will stop buying from them and recommend them.

I ordered what I thought were stickers for clothing. They took a long time to arrive, were too big to fit on clothing labels and when they came unstuck from clothing labels after one wash, I contacted the company to complain. They requested a photograph which I sent and they did not respond. When I chased this up they said that I had bought the wrong stickers - stickers intended for objects. I would never knowingly have spent £12 on stickers for objects. The inside cover of the booklet doesn't mention stickers for objects - only stickers for clothes. The customer service person acknowledged how confusing the website was but did not replace the order with clothing stickers. They offered a 20% off code instead. I don't think this is adequate. I note that the website is now clearer about labels for objects vs clothing and that a banner at the top states delivery is delayed. I will not be using this company again when faster delivery, better value stickers that actually stick and are clearly marketed are available from other companies.

It is now the 2nd time that my order did not arrive and I only got my money back thanks to Paypal buyer protection.

Shipment received too late. We had to hand-mark Mom's clothes when she went home.

The stickers lastest 2 washes maximum. Such a shame for how much they cost to be completely wasted so quickly.

Hello, I still haven't received my order so I can't evaluate the product.

I bought some self-adhesive clothing labels. They lasted... until the 1st wash. And then all I had to do was peel them off the drum of my washing machine... I'm very disappointed...?

I have never ordered from this company so no idea why I keep getting emails from them with my order updates and they have now asked for a review! It's either a scam or someone else is using my email address to order from them?!?

I was quite disappointed this time I've ordered several times before and the last two times the spacing between the stickers has increased and the quality is no longer what it used to be

I have been buying labels from Petit Fernand for at least 5 years. Sometimes the order arrives longer than the guaranteed delivery time, but this time I needed the labels for my son's birthday so I paid extra to make sure they arrived on time. Unfortunately, they arrived 4 days late. I didn't even pick them up at the depot. Petit Fernand refunded me the extra shipping costs, but I followed the delivery time and the product was just shipped late. I should have received a refund for the labels as well. Too bad. The product is always beautiful and useful, but this happening created for me.

I still haven't received my order and yet I paid for fast shipping!!!! Too late now because my daughter has gone on a trip without her name tags !!!!!!!

They sent me someone else's stickers. The replacement ones seem fine but they arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered them. I needed them for a children's camp and they didn't arrive in time. I would not expect a small simple order to take 3 weeks. Polite customer service but no refund or discount was offered. Dissatisfied customer.

Disappointed with the labels which are very hard to remove, and come off the garment after 2 washes. First time for me for the attractive price but disappointed.

Very good labels despite the high price, but the customs clearance fees are very expensive and not stipulated in the sale.

Clothing labels are much too big. Read the glue on the labels.

I used iron-on labels. Despite following the 8sec procedure under the iron, the labels come off with each machine wash. I've already ironed the labels twice, but to no avail.

I wanted iron-on labels, not labels on clothes.

I bought 100 self-adhesive labels, they come off in the wash, poor quality, disappointed, don't recommend.

I am extremely disappointed. This is the 4th time I've ordered from them. Now my order hasn't arrived and I can't contact customer service. Money gone, no goods and no feedback. What a shame, I'm really disappointed.
