I chose one of the delivery points offered by the web, after more than 2 weeks I received an email indicating that the order could not be delivered. When I went to ask at the collection point they told me that they did not know why they were on the website as a collection point because they were not and that they did not have my order there. After enquiring at two post offices I managed to locate the order in which they had also put the wrong details as my name had been put as the street name. Although the order itself was what I expected the shipping process was very disappointing so I don't think I will repeat.

I'm very disappointed, half the iron-on labels come off after 1 or 2 washes. However, they are applied according to the recommendations for use and on simple fabrics (cotton pants, briefs, T-shirts...). I don't recommend them.

I ordered the stickers with regular delivery and they never arrived. I got my money back, and placed another order, this time with more expensive delivery, to a pickup point (4.90). The envelope was addressed to my name, with the street, no house number, no indication of the store that served as the pickup point. The courier called me and would not deliver the package because he was looking for me, there was no indication of the pickup point on the envelope, I finally convinced him. Very bad bad experience, and luckily they make labels....
