No problem with the site and good communication regarding the order processing. I am a bit disappointed because the bottle has leaked several times, it needs to be held upright which is not easy with a baby.

Nothing to complain about the labels. I wanted to order a personalized tasting box and I am disappointed. The design is actually a poorly stuck sticker with bubbles. Disappointing for the price of the tasting box.

This time we ordered stickers for various items like clothing, shoes & objects. Everything is good here. Sensibly compiled in the small booklets and just as hoped. We also ordered 2 drinking glasses with straws. They turned out very, very nice and our children love them. Unfortunately, our daughter's drinking glass started to rust on the thread from the outside after just 1 week. That's really a shame. We will try to make a complaint and hope for the best. The other bottle did not have this issue. Maybe just a "Monday product".

A customer for many years, I bought labels as I do every year and this year lunch boxes as well, but what a disappointment, a sticker on top and poorly stuck that overflows from the edges with bubbles (3 bought, all 3 are like this) extremely disappointed given the price.

Quite disappointed with the iron-on labels... They tear and crack when the iron is placed on them... It was the first time but I much prefer the adhesive ones

The small labels are poorly pre-cut and cut the pattern!!! For example, the rainbow no longer looks like a rainbow because a part is missing!!! Disappointed

I am a bit disappointed with my order. I placed two orders thinking I had made a mistake with the size of the labels, as I wanted thinner labels for the pens. Upon receiving the second order, identical to the first, I realized that in reality, there is only one label format for the items. However, on the site, the mention "pen" does appear, which suggests that there is an appropriate format. But when you click on it, it simply redirects to the classic labels, which are far too large for this type of use. I think it would be helpful to make this information clearer on the site to avoid this kind of confusion.

I ordered labels and a water bottle that match the description, but I ordered a personalized bag size L in anticipation of putting my son's school things in it. You need to explain to me how this is a size L if I put a t-shirt and a pair of socks size 2 years, we are good!!!!

Barely washed with water without product or abrasive sponges since I use microfiber, some stickers have come off or faded. Moreover, there seems to have been a mistake regarding the color of a water bottle, that's too bad for me, but for the price, it doesn't justify anything. I wanted to switch from the brand Badabulle which is 0% quality for the price and I relied on your reviews... I am disappointed.

I did receive labels for school supplies for my older child but I received clothing labels for his little brother when I had ordered labels to stick on the school supplies for my 2 boys.

Hello, this is the 2nd water bottle I have bought for my grandchildren.. the 1st one, the prints were engraved in the material and three years later, the prints are not altered. The cap was broken but the bottle is still useful. By the way, you have modified the opening which is very good. However, for this last purchase, the prints are glued on the bottle.. I doubt their longevity in use... As for my labels, I was expecting fabric labels.. but I must have misread the specifications.. thank you for your response.

On one bottle, the cap fell off after a few days, so that the needle is sticking out of the holder and the toddler can no longer use the bottle for safety reasons. On the second bottle, after about 2 months of use, the writing has peeled off (only hand washing, no machine). The product itself is nice, but the quality of the individual parts and the print leaves much to be desired.

I wanted to "invest" in a stamp, but I find this one disappointing. There are stains when I stamp and sometimes the ink seeps through the fabric or the ink shows if the fabric is not thick. I prefer adhesive labels for the neck.

The writing on the labels is 2 lines and really very small, almost unreadable while there is still space around the writings, it's a shame.
