Lots of choice in personalization, lots of items on offer, which is great, but the labels don't wash well (for those to be ironed on), or come off (for those to be stuck on), even though I wash at 30 degrees. It's a real shame.

The courier service was terrible. They took much longer than the stipulated time. The customer service was quick to answer, but they did not give me any solution. Very bad that they don't send orders home, even if they charge shipping costs. MRW/Seur are a disaster.

I liked the ease of the website, the designing of them (not thousands of choices which is good) delivery was good, the product is nice but I'm disappointed when you remove them from the backing sheet. They seem strong but they misshape when you remove them from the adhesive backing sheet which is a tad annoying, it doesn't sit neat/straight on my items. It's like it's not really cut properly. Everything good prior just a slight disappointment with the removing of labels.

The stickers took a long time to arrive, as sent from France, which wasn't made clear. They do not actually seem to work and fall off in the wash. They are also badly perforated, so almost impossible to remove from the sticker sheet in the first place. I give this 2 stars as they are actually pretty cute stickers, just useless. I would not buy from this company again.

We bought some labels and stickers for the beginning of the school year for our daughter, they arrived late and the envelope was torn and empty. We informed you of what happened and you sent them again, they arrived on Saturday afternoon and the envelope had scratches and some of the pages were wrinkled.
