I ordered 3 custom steel bottles on Dec. 09; they arrived on the 23rd afternoon, but by then I was no longer home. In addition, one of the three has obvious scratches on the surface of the bottle. In short, gift arrived late and spoiled to boot ?? The only good thing is the customer service that responds fairly quickly.

I am not satisfied with the hot melt stickers from the last order. It is very difficult to stick them on with the iron and once they are on they fall off after a few minutes. This had not happened to me in previous orders. In fact I had bought them again because the previous times I have done very well with them. I don't know what happened, but the quality of the last stickers is terrible. Too bad.

The website is easy and intuitive. They are practical although I have not yet put them on so I can not comment on durability or resistance to washing. Great customer service. We had a problem with the shipment and they responded quickly and did not put any problem to resend the order. The format is nice and I'm sure they will be super practical for me not to lose anything of our little one. I highly recommend it.
