I did not receive a response after not receiving the labels

They arrived almost a month later...I no longer needed them because I had to buy from another site that arrived in 48 hours.

Nice labels but very long shipping time

Order placed Sept 2 for preschool layette and package never received. Although they offered to reprint the labels (after 10 days from the estimated delivery date!) there was no refund. my rating is negative.

I purchased the thermoadhesive labels in late August and have yet to receive them. I can't give feedback on the quality of the product, but I can definitely say that the advertising they do about arriving within 24/48 hours of purchase is misleading. I am very disappointed!
