I placed the order on August 7, 2021, on August 27, 2021 I contacted by email with customer service claiming information about my order, I do not know where it is, I have not received anything and the payment is done. And I receive the email to evaluate the service!!! No one has contacted to know what has happened with the delivery. I hope they get in touch as soon as possible and solve the situation as soon as possible, it seems to me that the quality of customer service is non-existent. After posting this review, they contacted me and within 2 days I received my order. Thank you for taking care of my request, I am sorry I had to post this type of review to get attention.

Several labels arrived not even pre-cut on one of the notebooks and the other notebook my labels were very hard to remove... Last time I had no problems and this time two books and two problems. I also bought the personalized bottles, which are very beautiful, but it's a pity that they're not more resistant for children's bottles. One of my daughters dropped hers and the bottom of the bottle chipped off...

I'm very happy with the toast box, which I've been using for two years now. Big first for the labels. And a little disappointed that the self-adhesive clothing label can't be applied directly to clothes. As for the object label, I'm waiting impatiently to see if it doesn't degrade too much when the object is washed.

Disappointed by the water bottle which is a little heavy and the cap difficult to close for a 3 year old.

I'm disappointed the labels don't stick on the pencils. Otherwise fast delivery.

Disappointed, ordered a mini pack for my son's first day of school. The sticky labels are not cut out (I think the cut is faulty). A mistake can happen, but it's impossible to join them. I sent an email, tried to reach them on the phone, left a message on the answering machine but I never heard back. After-sales service to be reviewed....

Every year I'm delighted, but this year my fingers are all black when I use the labels ...

No way to peel the Thermo adhesive labels from the paper backing, you have to do it with scissors.

Beautiful labels. On the other hand, iron-on labels applied correctly to the fabric already peel off after 1/2 washes.

The labels come off the paper very poorly, so there's a lot of mess.

First and last name labels were stapled all together when evidently with different last names they have recipients in different families and are little gifts that would have been nice to present better. Have a nice day

Self-adhesive shoe and object labels are fine, but iron-on labels don't work on all clothes.... I've tried everything, hotter, longer, but it just won't stick. I'm disappointed and had to find another solution.

Quite disappointed with this order compared to previous ones: the labels don't peel off properly, the staples in the booklet are on top of the labels and have pierced them.

If the engraving had not been placed on the top label, it would have been great. Too bad

The name on the labels is not centered and the labels are too big to put on certain objects. I ordered some a few years ago and was delighted, but now I'm completely disappointed...

Pretty, practical labels! BUT beware: some of the designs aren't very easy to read: the colors don't stand out and the writing is quite small! Example: the white typography on the rainbow background is very hard to read! It's a pity that the site doesn't "block" associations that don't stand out well when printed (because you don't notice them at all on the screen).

It's not exactly what I ordered. I took back my 1st order and asked for the same one with a different design (clothing labels and school supplies) but I received clothing labels to apply with an iron.

Good morning We waited for the labels for 14 days, unfortunately the shipment is not track ile. The quality is very good ( not the first order) a little expensive.

This is not the first time I have purchased on Petit Fernand. Compared to last time (2018) in my opinion the labels are of lower quality: less readable and seem badly printed. Too bad because I was very satisfied last time. Nice personalized jute bags, although I thought they were bigger

I'm very satisfied with the result but I chose iron-on labels but they don't cut, they ripped, so I contacted customer service and I'm waiting for the return.

It's pretty, but it doesn't stick to clothes very well. After one wash, I've already had to re-glue several of them... I took the Thermo stickers. As for the shoes, I took the stickers but I haven't tried them yet. I'm quite disappointed, as there were some good comments, but in the end it doesn't really live up to its promises, at least not for the thermo-adhesives... although I did follow the instructions that came with them. For the stickers, it remains to be seen.

As a regular customer, I was disappointed with my last order. The labels peel off with great difficulty and tear off part of the backing.

Still as pretty and sturdy as ever. On the other hand, unlike before (3 years ago...) the labels don't really come off easily from their original backing (notebook). So when you've got thirty of them to glue/repaste, you lose an awful lot of time!

I ordered the labels and unfortunately the name is not written on them, only the first name.

Nice product, but labels were difficult to detach. The staple was on some of the labels.

The normal stickers, what happened to me is that I ordered it on the 10th and I got it on the 30th, you send an email and you get an automatic message, they do not give you any explanation of what happens

I've been ordering from this site for 4 years and I'm really disappointed this year: The quality of the paper (stickers) has really dropped. The mediocre cutting is really disappointing.

Hello In the advert, it wasn't stated that the labels would stick to the labels on the garment. We cut them all off as they were in the way of our child. So we don't use them and have switched to markers. If I'd read this before receiving them, I'd have known it wasn't suitable.

The stick on labels I ordered were very pretty, felt good quality and arrived very quickly in a very cute book. However, despite following all of the care instructions, about a third of them fell off after their first wash. This is disappointing and I won't be ordering any more because of this.
