Barely 2 months after receiving the gourd, the stopper no longer holds, no longer closes or opens normally. I contacted customer service and they refused to replace the faulty product. Strangely enough, they sell the spare part separately, which suggests that they are aware of the design defect.

I love the stickers, they have a great design and are very practical in their format and readability for the little ones. On the other hand, it would be nice if they were delivered in an airtight envelope, because with the current rain, the labels got soaked.
