My order didn't arrive and nobody answer me

My package placed the order on August 31 it's almost been a month and I still don't know any news about my package. In all it was writing 2 3 working days but we are almost a month and nothing yet

They have yet to arrive, little seriousness in sending the package since they are necessary items for school. I would like to know where my shipment went

I bought iron-on labels which, after one or two washes, no longer fit on the clothes. An email was sent and no reply, the least I can do is reply.

I am waiting for the order, I placed it 21 days ago, I am not happy at all.

Unfortunately, there is no 0 rating! Purchased labels on September 6 and as of today, September 21 never received! Customer service tells me to wait until Sept. 19 to hear back! It is clear that with the start of school I would need the labels as soon as possible (I was fine with the normal delivery time stated on the Site), but by now I have affixed more to my daughter's school supplies! To date no labels and no refund! Never again more than a negative experience ???????? UPDATE-UPDATE After about 4 months after my order and several email exchanges with customer service I received the product I ordered At least the customer service worked

I wouldn't know what to review.....I've been waiting for my order for two weeks....and haven't received anything yet!

The labels are super nice, I loved the design. But the first garment I washed in a 20 degree program, the heat seal label came off. What a disappointment! As far as the items and slippers are concerned, so far no problems.

WITNESSES. Package gone. Order placed on September 8. Never again I DISADVISE IT AT ALL.

First order of August 28 and no news of whether it will arrive or why the delay. We are waiting for an explanation of why and/or refund of the money if it does not want to be delivered... And this after making a claim.

The labels do not withstand the tumble-dryer as indicated. They don't even withstand two washes at 30°. Very disappointed with the product.

I never received my paid order and the customer service does not answer... This is simply theft...

This is the 2nd year that we have received the order very late. Specifically this year, we ordered it on August 29 and received it on September 16. The aesthetics of the stickers are very nice but I don't find it practical because of the delay.

It has been 23 days since I placed my order I still have not received the customer service is horrible they have not been able to give me the tracking of the order nor tell me where it is . I will not buy from them again

I have not received the product

For now I can not rate the experience well because I have not yet received the order after 3 weeks.

I placed the order on August 17 and on September 21 I still have not received the order or any reply from the company.

Hello, unfortunately the labels I ordered for my two children are coming off their school materials! Even on the pencils! I'm very disappointed! Two years ago, I ordered from another site, and the quality was impeccable! I changed this year because I liked the colors and designs you offer but unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the quality! Sincerely
