Didn't get my order and no response from customer service

Good morning! I still have not received my order, I have written several emails and I have no answer.

Almost 20 days have passed and the package still has not arrived.

I never received my paid order and the customer service does not answer... This is simply theft...

This is the 2nd year that we have received the order very late. Specifically this year, we ordered it on August 29 and received it on September 16. The aesthetics of the stickers are very nice but I don't find it practical because of the delay.

You sent me half of the labels ordered and paid for!!! I sent you 4 emails to which you never replied.

The order takes a long time to be received from the moment the purchase is formalized. If you ask about the status of your order, you get an automatic reply indicating that the problem is already with the delivery company and not with Petit-Fernand.

A scam after one month I am still without my order and without my money.

The order took more than two weeks, school started on the 9th. All the material to school unlabeled, as the order arrived on the 15th.

Order arrived late and with wrong baby name. for half right name and colors chosen / for me instead it showed another first and last name with other colors and symbols. we didn't even receive response to email reporting.
