Well, the only thing is that I found the envelope with the labels on the stairs of my building lost, and I didn't like that because since I spend the money the delivery should be in hand and not leave the product to the good luck of the one who finds it, that's why that score, because I think that's also very important, to make sure that the product reaches the right customer.

I ordered and received iron on clothing labels. The design was good and as expected BUT they did not peel off the sheet easily for me to actually use them and ended up stretched or ripped at the edge where I had struggled to peel them off. Also the protective paper sheet was missing for me to use when ironing them onto the clothes so I had to use my own greaseproof kitchen paper. Really disappointed. Will order from a different company next year.

I ordered some iron on name labels which came promptly in a booklet form - quite handy and they're easy to store and locate in this form. They're quite difficult to remove from the paper backing itself - the individual labels require some force to remove. Time will tell if they'll last through the washing machine.

I didn't receive the labels before my son left for his internship! What a shame! (Ordered a week before departure). A friend received hers in 48 hours!

The handwriting is very small when printed... You need good eyes... I'll choose another one next time...

Reductions don't work

Very pretty, fast shipping, sticks very well on clothes, but I find it a bit expensive for 30 labels.

I bought the first time 3 years ago I was satisfied so I renewed an order in August and the disappointment the cutting of the labels was poorly done it is very difficult to remove them they are ripped off every other time. Too bad, I'm disappointed!

Disappointingly, the transparent surface does not peel off in the cut areas. The stickers are therefore difficult to remove. I've always been happy with your products, but this time I think there was something wrong with the design.

Some of the label cut-outs, especially the smaller ones, were not sufficiently marked. As a result, it was impossible to remove them and use them? Luckily, only a few labels were affected

Not as great as I was hoping. Stuck them on the clothes label's as directed and left them for a few days (says 24 hours) before washing and they have all started to peel around the edges on their first wash!

Quite disappointed with the self-adhesive labels for clothes, 3 tries and everything is gone while it was on 30 degrees, I think everything will end up like that, I will no longer order to put money in the trash, I hope that those on objects will hold better.

The water bottle is very nice but the cap is quite tricky to handle, it happens that it seems to be screwed on correctly but in reality it is not and it leaks. If I could suggest to change the type of the cap.

The stickers are good but the delivery is very slow. Maybe you should just say that it can take up to 14 days.

You have changed the packaging of the thermo labels, which are difficult to peel off. Too bad I've been using your service for years!

I'm disappointed because the red is not red but orange and the pale pink labels with white writing are illegible, the name written in white is not visible. The rendering is very different from that on the website. This is the 1st year I've been disappointed; previous years were fine.

Always loved p-f and bought my children's school name tags here, but the last 2 lots ordered were unusable because the sticker hadn't been cut properly so was impossible to remove from the page in the book, and when I could I took loads of additional parts with it! Not tried this next order yet, so will see if I will be ordering from them in the future if finding somewhere new…..

Fast as always, I've been starting with them for several years now. I find that since last year the labels don't hold up as well. So I'm thinking of testing the competition. Because I'm a bit disappointed. It's a shame.

I can barely read the labels the font is tiny and needs to be in bold. We won't be using these again.

Easy-to-use site, easy-to-order. On the other hand, no renewal: always the same colors and patterns for several years, too bad! And above all, I was very disappointed to receive a discount voucher 2 days after confirming my order! I'll probably look elsewhere next year....

Clothing stickers seem okay but the item stickers wont stick unsure if there q faulty batch or not, but probably unlikely to return and purchase again.

The products and quality are great, very good. The problem is that they take a long time to deliver the orders and on top of that they work with Correos for the shipments. Where I live, the Correos don't even bother to try to deliver the package and have it directly in the office to go pick it up without warning or notifying anything. They are open 3 hours a day and you have to wait in line for half an hour to be served. They should work with another parcel delivery agency that is more professional, effective and serious.

The labels are nice and made well,hope they last!I am sorry that in the order I was not sent the paper for the self-adhesive ones as specified.Error or forgetfulness?

Hello, I've had problems with the labels, I've always been happy with the result, but for the last shipment the clothing labels were printed incorrectly, so the writing is off. As a result, there's a bit of white on the colored labels for my two children, and the last letter of my daughter's surname is cut off. As a result, I'm not very happy with the clothing labels. Nothing to complain about for my daughter's object labels.

The labels are beautiful, and I particularly liked the fact that, compared with other labels you find, these ones have motifs that aren't extremely gendered. Unfortunately, a good 20% of the self-adhesive labels on the clothes fell off in the first wash. This means we'll need to buy new ones often.

Very poor quality of the mini labels ... I had the same problem with my previous order, they were very difficult to remove and therefore damaged. I'm reordering for back-to-school, having obtained a 25% discount following the order delay, but the mini labels are still just as difficult to peel off. Unfortunately, I'm going to look for another supplier...

There was a staple on the first 2 labels of each plate. Too bad.
