Placed a order on the 25th of august and it said will be ready for shipment within 48 hours. But did not send till the 28th of august. It is now the 5th of september and still not turned up. Pretty sure it wont. I sent them a email Yesterday saying it has not come. They Send me a reply saying I have to wait till the 9th of september even tho on the website it says the 8th. So i sent a email back saying the 9th is no good I needed them for the 4th. And I would have to go out and buy more from a shop. To which they have not sent me a message back. Never agian. I need my money back now please 6 working days is plenty of time for them to come.

I made a mistake on a surname and they kindly corrected it following my call.

Excellent quality of paper and label printing. Lots of shapes to choose from, different fonts and colors. I hope they will offer more in the future. I would like to emphasize the extreme kindness of customer service. An order with cutting errors on several sheets was promptly reprinted and shipped. The company has proven to be very serious, earning my complete trust.

I still have not received my order after ordering it for the second time since the first one did not arrive either. After 8 working days it hasn't arrived and I don't know if I should order it a third time or get my money back? The fact is that I need them urgently

I placed an order paying an extra 9.50 euros for delivery in 24h and I received it 5 days later. Not very serious.

Oh no, I didn't receive the right order! One call and in 5 minutes everything was sorted! On the phone, a pleasant and understanding person and 3 days later I received my order. Error forgiven, I'll recommend.

I ordered 2 lunch boxes for my children's snacks. There are several compartments and everything is removable. You don't have to use all the compartments, which is great, especially for homemade snacks that don't always come in standard sizes (e.g. gourds to fill). What's more, they're beautiful 🙂

Pleased with my custom order

I paid a surcharge to receive the product in two days and it has been more than 15 days since I received it, and the tracking code for the shipment does not appear in the shipping company's locator. What is the next step?

Nice designs, great choice of personalization, only the label dimensions are sometimes too big and to my great disappointment the labels stick very badly despite following the recommended sticking instructions. Some are starting to peel off

Very nice labels. However, the water bottle broke right away, I was filling it and the cap slipped and broke off. Plus the inner part where the drinking spout is easily detached, making it difficult for the baby to open it to drink because every time he tries to lift it, it comes off completely. Too bad
