I've been ordering my self-adhesive and iron-on labels from this site for years, and I've never been disappointed! This year I tested the gourds and snackboxes and once again I'm delighted! My kids are happy and they're beautiful!

Despite the shipping delay I received the labels in 3 days.

It was not agreed that there would be any additional taxes to pay, and unfortunately the letter carrier demanded an extra 15 euros for customs.

Half of the order was forgotten but after a call the order was quickly reshipped. Unfortunately we weren't at home but on vacation and my labels got wet in our letterbox. If I'd received my entire order the first time, this wouldn't have happened because I'd planned ahead to be able to receive them.

Very responsive customer service. I didn't receive my order, and they offered to send it back at no extra cost. This is my second order, the labels are great!

I'm really disappointed that despite making a big thing of printing the labels within 48 hours on their marketing, the delivery timescale is 3-10 working days. Why so long to deliver a little pack of labels!!! It's been 10 days since I ordered and still no sign of them.

Quality to match. The bottle is just difficult to open for a 4 year old. You have to turn the top, which is difficult for a child.
