I placed an order on November 4, which according to the company has lost the delivery company. After 3-4 e-mails, that if I want to change the order, and what I want is to receive the new one. Well, November 24th and I still haven't received anything. I think that the company should satisfy the customer that some batch gift for all the shortcomings. 1st order of labels for children's clothing placed on 08/11/2021 Having received nothing by 16/11/2021, I informed customer service who refused to process the request before 23/11/2021 to allow a "time of receipt", even though the shipment had supposedly left by priority mail D+1 on 09/11. So I had to wait 14 days after their dispatch date for them to even agree to process my claim. In the end, they offered nothing other than to resend via the same channel. In short, I wasted 16 days waiting for labels, not to mention the price of the order thrown out the window. For my next orders, I'd rather try another site.

I never received my parcel. I contacted C-mon étiquette and unfortunately my problem was not resolved. I paid +/- 100 for something I never received and no help from you! So yes very disappointed and I feel I have been robbed. You are working with a delivery company that did a poor job! I don't have to pay for it! Really very unhappy!

Unfortunately, I don't think the quality is good at all. I ironed it onto a dress (with a normal jersey fabric) and onto a pair of thermal leggings. Unfortunately it lasted exactly one day. On one it tore in the middle on the other it came off completely. Too bad
