Labels that don't hold up in the wash (even though they've been washed at 30gres), peeling off as soon as the 1st wash! A shame, after spending so much time fixing them with an iron!

Incredible how they confuse people by guaranteeing that the stickers will be there in 48 HOURS (of course, manufactured according to them... the transport is another matter)... After more than 3 weeks of waiting, and having written a message asking about the status of my stickers, I have only received an automatic message in French that does not resolve my doubts... It is a real scam. What a pity not to have looked at the comments before... I'm not the only one... I hope that someone will find it helpful and that they won't cheat anyone again.

Very bad experience. Labels ordered at the end of August and received more than ten days later, the first order was wrong so I had to wait again to finally get the right ones. Bottle ordered at the same time and NEVER received! Deplorable customer service (fortunately not all!) the problem has finally been solved but I really don't recommend it!

They have taken about a month to send me the shipment. On several occasions I have tried to ask for information about it and they answered me with clearly automatic messages, they have not once listened to my words and have dared to answer me exclusively in French, as if I had to understand that language. I will never ask for more here.
