It is now September 21st. I placed my order on August 28 and this is the hour that I have not received my order experience not recommended.

The labels come off in the first wash. The product is therefore useless.

I never received my order? my daughter is still waiting for her labels.

The order takes a long time to be received from the moment the purchase is formalized. If you ask about the status of your order, you get an automatic reply indicating that the problem is already with the delivery company and not with Petit-Fernand.

A scam after one month I am still without my order and without my money.

The order took more than two weeks, school started on the 9th. All the material to school unlabeled, as the order arrived on the 15th.

Horrible I am still trying to contact them to see what happened with my order more than 15 days ago and they do not know how to tell me anything and if they will give me my money back?

The labels are nice but the order did not come to me complete with all the types and the customer service after more than a week after the reminder has still not responded to me. Bad service.

Order arrived late and with wrong baby name. for half right name and colors chosen / for me instead it showed another first and last name with other colors and symbols. we didn't even receive response to email reporting.

Very poor quality! As soon as I ironed and washed it all came off, I had to do it all over again! What a waste of time and money!

Labels that don't hold up in the wash (even though they've been washed at 30gres), peeling off as soon as the 1st wash! A shame, after spending so much time fixing them with an iron!

Order placed on August 27. Still nothing received on September 21. Impossible to reach them by phone and still no news of my request by email, but the payment went through!

Incredible how they confuse people by guaranteeing that the stickers will be there in 48 HOURS (of course, manufactured according to them... the transport is another matter)... After more than 3 weeks of waiting, and having written a message asking about the status of my stickers, I have only received an automatic message in French that does not resolve my doubts... It is a real scam. What a pity not to have looked at the comments before... I'm not the only one... I hope that someone will find it helpful and that they won't cheat anyone again.

Delivery takes far too long...

I ordered some labels to mark my son's clothes on August 27, 2021 (almost 1 month later!), school has started and the labels have not arrived yet. Nor any communication of the reason for the delay. So this brand at the moment seems like a scam.

Unfortunately, the service is poor. I placed my order on September 4, it is now the 20th and I have not heard from the package. I wrote several emails and called several times, never received a response. I hope to receive a refund, meanwhile I had to go to another supplier or my daughter would go to daycare without labeled clothes.

Bad experience. I never received my order. Unreachable by phone, email, messenger, message on the website. I do not recommend at all. Very angry, I want a refund.

Very bad experience. Labels ordered at the end of August and received more than ten days later, the first order was wrong so I had to wait again to finally get the right ones. Bottle ordered at the same time and NEVER received! Deplorable customer service (fortunately not all!) the problem has finally been solved but I really don't recommend it!

Parcel not received, order placed on 06/09, when we want to go on the site to contact the service, directly a questionnaire, which leads us to tell us to wait until 16/09. Here we are on 20/09 and still not received 15 evaporated into thin air. It's a shame there's no direct means of contact.

We bought the lunchboxes for our two children. Unfortunately, after the first week, the sticker with the printed name started to peel off. Otherwise lunchbox is a good size for abs.
