This year I made a mistake in the wording, asked for correction and they sent me the first one as incorrectly requested and the second one corrected. All without asking for any extra charge. I must say that the Customer service of this company is really outstanding. After receiving the product, I was not very satisfied because some of the labels were found to be low in adhesion. I was contacted immediately by Customer Service who found the defect to be low adhesion and proceeded to send me new labels. The product is durable as well as very nice graphics.
