I didn't receive my first order so I contacted them and they sorted a replacement order which I received in a few days, their clothing labels are lovely with a lot of options to pick from

Hello, I still haven't received my order. I'm still waiting for it, hoping to have it before school starts. Sorry but very disappointed.

Fast delivery. Super pretty bottles, keep cool even when it's very hot. However, the cap is complicated to open and close, even for an adult. I had to remove it so that my daughter could serve herself independently.

For the price of the products, the work isn't perfect: the labels decorating the tartine boxes have air bubbles, and one of the 6 had a small dent in the plastic. But the boxes are great to use, and the disingne are great for kids.

Good quality labels that stand the test of time. My first order from them was in 2018, and some of the self-adhesive labels are still in place, which I need to replace with the little sister's first name. I'm still delighted with the labels and their very pretty decor.

I placed an order at the beginning of summer holidays and there was some issue where the system said it had been delivered but it had not, the staff online were very responsive and attentive to this and made sure a new batch of labels were sent out.. I've been ordering for my kids for several years now, and they're delighted to be able to personalize their labels. And I'm delighted because it doesn't move at all despite the washing machine and tumble dryer. We LOVE it and I recommend it with my eyes closed.
