Unfortunately, I never received my labels even though the order was marked "delivered" on the website. I reported this but unfortunately no solution was offered and my daughter is leaving for camp on Sunday 27th. I really needed my labels.

I had problems with the delivery as the package never arrived at its destination. I then made a complaint to Poste Italiane who did not take care of the problem and advised me to contact the sender of the package, Petit-Fernand. I had a few e-mail exchanges with Alessio, who solved my problem by proposing two alternatives. I consider the service excellent because in my opinion the delivery problem was more about the Italian Post Office in my country than the company. They came to my aid by agreeing on a new shipment paid for by the company itself, which is not a given. Thank you
