Second time I've ordered labels, always delighted! My first order was 4 years ago and the labels are still in place on my daughter's comforter despite being washed very, very often!

The labels are so beautiful and easy to use. I love them.

I had problems with the delivery as the package never arrived at its destination. I then made a complaint to Poste Italiane who did not take care of the problem and advised me to contact the sender of the package, Petit-Fernand. I had a few e-mail exchanges with Alessio, who solved my problem by proposing two alternatives. I consider the service excellent because in my opinion the delivery problem was more about the Italian Post Office in my country than the company. They came to my aid by agreeing on a new shipment paid for by the company itself, which is not a given. Thank you

Super quality, easy to order, lots of options to design your own personal and individual labels. I have already received several orders and will be ordering again.

Labels arrived as ordered however over the years in my opinion they have lost some quality. The shoe labels were better when there was also the clear part to apply on top for more durability. Also the ones to iron on I preferred the earlier ones.

This is about my 6th time ordering the stick on clothes lables for school uniforms. They are really long lasting even after multiple washes and are so easy to use. Makes labelling kids school uniform so quick and easy, I would never go back to the old school sew/iron on lables!

Ideal for back-to-school! Interesting choice of images. There's something better this year, the illustrations are more modern/actual I think (this year's pacman is great, even if I still miss the little hen characters from 3 years ago !!).

Lovely, durable stickers and great customer service. My order unfortunately never arrived. These things happen. I contacted the customer service team and they arranged to re despatch my order immediately. They arrived today and I'm delighted with the quality and can't wait to use them. Fast delivery, top quality, wide choice of designs and types, iron-on labels (and others) are very easy to apply and don't move, I recommend! I was able to easily label all my daughter's belongings for her summer camp. I can't recommend it enough!

Satisfied since 2014, I order a pack for each of my children every year. First little printing problem this year, the after-sales service was very reactive and sent back the reprinted labels within 24 hours.

The stickers are very well made and hold up really well. They look exactly like the pictures. The goods do not come lovelessly packaged, but as a small booklet + a few cute stickers. Many thanks !!!!
