Very disappointing service, it has been more than 15 days since I placed the order and I still have not received it, so I have had to buy labels from another company.
Never recieved! Not happy that I purchased weeks ago and nothing has been recieved.my child went back to school 3 weeks ago also and hadnt had named items because they haven't arrived. Messaged the business no response.
My opinion is very bad because they did not give me two sheets of stickers that I had bought to mark baby food and they did not include the paper to iron the thermo-adhesive labels. I wrote to claim it and they have never answered me,, I would not recommend it, nor will I buy again. Thank you
It's been a month since I placed my order and it still hasn't arrived and nobody is giving me any solutions. I do not recommend this site at all.
Order placed in August and still not received. Really bad service
They have taken about a month to send me the shipment. On several occasions I have tried to ask for information about it and they answered me with clearly automatic messages, they have not once listened to my words and have dared to answer me exclusively in French, as if I had to understand that language. I will never ask for more here. I have also complained on social networks and I have seen that I am not the only one who thinks the same way, something means this...I needed the labels for schools and as it is logical, at this point I do not want them at all. Money thrown away.

Hello I'm extremely disappointed with the products, especially the iron-on labels which don't stick at all and which I find in my washing machine drum. I'm quite surprised because someone had recommended this site to me, maybe I was unlucky. I'm switching back to the "pencil" method for my little boy's clothes at the moment.
Nothing arrived
After 12 days order arrived wrong labels with another name. Obviously on this site I will not buy again. Very bad experience and waste of time and money.

The water bottle that arrived does not fit my 3-year-old because he cannot rotate the cap. The fact that it had to rotate the cap was not specified in the details and in fact the water bottle is currently unusable by my child.

The package has not arrived. We have asked via email if they could provide us with more information about it but they have never replied. Very disappointed with the lack of information and never received the package.

I got the evaluation request before I got the product, even though I got the email that my order had been shipped more than two weeks ago. School started and I naturally had to make other arrangements. I would say there is no point in sponsoring fast delivery if you then fail to deliver what you promise. I do not recommend this site.

I was sent the order for another customer. Whilst the customer service response was quick, the redelivery of my actual order has still not arrived yet and there was no prioritising of this - I was told it would be the usual 48 hours (and then delivery appears to be taking a week or two at least). Don't order if you want the items quickly, allow at least a month or two to receive your goods. I won't order from here again.
Nefarious customer service, slow and only in French. Extremely slow delivery service, one month to receive 24 labels, shameful.
The order I placed has not arrived yet. I don't know how long they indicate and when you send an email to know the status of the order, you receive a generic email without giving you any information. Very disappointed.

The order took a very long time to arrive (obviously, much later than the start of the course), at no time did I receive a tracking link nor was I notified of when I would receive it. Today I found it in my mailbox, no one told me that it would be delivered this way. Although it is the responsibility of Correos España, Petit-Fernand should choose the transport companies that can provide better service to users.
I would like to be able to give an assessment of the product but the truth is that it never arrived. I claimed on September 15 and they told me they would see how to fix the problem, on September 20 I am still waiting for an answer. I am still waiting for a reply on September 20. Order placed on 6/09 , to date still not arrived despite taking into account the 10 working days of shipping. If they do arrive, they will no longer serve their purpose, so I will ask for a refund
It looked cool, but I can't speak to the quality, I never got my order. I had tracking number that I looked up and it was always stalled. Hence my dissatisfaction.

The expected shipping time is unjustifiably excessive given the expected cost. The lining of the water bottle was ruined at the first paleggerò bump.
21 days later I still have not received the order and after claiming it 2 times they do not give any solution and they have ignored it.

The product that was advertised as fast shipping has taken almost a month...I thought it was already lost...In the general comments I read that everyone is the same. Once the product has arrived it corresponds to the characteristics specified in the purchase. I will not buy again.
