I don't give one star because I had done well in the past but as of today I'm waiting for an order placed in July, it's September and it hasn't arrived yet. Sent email, they replied that they would resend the order but nothing, it hasn't arrived. I am giving up on it. *Finally about 20 days after my review I received the order. The support was there and always updated me on developments; despite this from 2 stars I am going to 3 and no more because in the meantime I had to buy the labels from another company and it was an inconvenience.

Sadly this time I never received the order, I have contacted their customer services several times and never hear back! All I get are reminders to review so here is my review
Normally the products from Petite Ferdinand are so great, very good quality, I've literally not hard to replace the labels on school uniform until they grow out of that size! The labels arrive in a handy booklet so are never lost, they wash/iron perfectly. The lunch box and bottle I purchased last year were also great quality, I have also purchased these for my Grandma who is in a care home so also needs labels. I'm just really disappointed this time as the labels never arrived and they never responded to my emails regarding this.

I, too, must join the large group of people who have paid for their order (custom thermal water bottle) and shipping (6euros!!!) and have yet to receive anything. When on the site it says shipping in 48 hours and traceable for all orders other than labels. Embarrassing is putting it mildly. Deceptive is certainly more correct. Never again. Update: I received the package. Delayed and with no possibility of tracking. It might be time to change the communication on the site which is misleading in this way. However, the quality of what I received is very good.

Last year I ordered and everything went well. But not this year. I ordered labels on 25/08/21 and a week later I hadn't received anything. I had to call to find out what was going on. The lady only told me "we recommend your labels". Not a word of apology, especially as I was expecting the labels for the start of the school year and didn't get them.

I'm happy with the result, it's what was ordered but I didn't have the greaseproof paper that was supposed to be supplied and I see that the garment label has to be stuck on the existing size or detergent label (where it's not visible at all or the label is too small), I wanted to highlight them on the inside of the fabric, I hope it will hold after the washing.

I bought them again this year but it's like the labels are different. it's only been 2 weeks and most of the labels are coming off or have already fallen off. I placed the order on August 16th as a new mother to have everything ready for the first day of school and my order was lost. When I saw that the deadline they have established had passed, I contacted them via email and I have to say, they answered me immediately and gave me the tracking number and I was able to contact the post office to inform me of the status of my order. Petit Fernand, after checking that the order had no movement and not knowing where it is, they told me that they would reship it and luckily this time everything went great. It was a logistical problem but as the first time I place an order with them, they did not meet my needs when I needed them and that is the reason for my valuation. The labels arrived on time and are exactly as I ordered them. Very nice and cool. One important "but". When buying is not informed (or if it is done is in too small print or in not visible place) that the labels have to be put on the garment label itself, not on the clothes, which are then peeled off. You only know this when you get them because it comes in the instructions. And that is a problem, if I had known that, maybe I would not have bought them or I would have bought others.
