I am very satisfied with the product. My average rating comes from the fact that for an order placed on August 6, I received the product on August 17. That seems like a very long time.

It's a long time to wait.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a shipping confirmation or any information about when the parcel would arrive and with which delivery service. As a result, I wasn't at home and had to collect the parcel from the nearest parcel store. That was annoying! This should be introduced urgently, including a tracking number.

Usually I'm satisfied but here the personalized bag is tiny, for the price I'm very disappointed!!!! I'm not ready to order again !!!

Unfortunately, I didn't get it as ordered. Apparently this is only possible in writing. However, this was not communicated and therefore the nameplate does not look so nice.

The gourd caps are not solid for the price... this is the 3rd one in less than a month!

The labels are very good and are better than I expected, but the water bottle I can not use it because it is for a three year old girl and it is very difficult to turn the nozzle to drink and the purpose for which I bought the bottle with the name is for school and I can not use it this year.

The presentation is pretty, and so are the labels, but unfortunately they don't last very long on the fabric, even when the instructions for use are followed.

Impossible to detach some labels that stuck to the paper. The labels are printed too close to the fold, which makes the job difficult.

I am a regular user of this site and for the first time I had a problem with my order. The labels were stapled with the pouch. I've e-mailed the problem and am waiting for a reply. To be continued

Delivery too slow!

The labels are beautiful. Unfortunately, the booklet system isn't quite up to scratch, and some labels were damaged by the staples. Unfortunately, I damaged some of the labels myself, as the die-cutting wasn't done properly. So I've got mixed feelings, I was interested in the practical side, but spending 1 minute each time you peel off a label takes longer than writing the child's name with a permanent marker...

Order: personalized iron-on labels for clothes... I needed more and wanted to take advantage of the current promotion, but in the end I'm going to go for another solution....

Every year I order a batch of labels. For the first time this year, I'm a bit disappointed: the notebook was hung crookedly and the labels didn't come off properly. I also found that there were fewer characters. On the other hand, the color gradations are very nice.

Very slow in shipping

The last labels we received do not peel off easily.

The labels are very pretty and stick well, but the iron-on labels peeled off at the first wash on the edges... considering the price, I'm quite disappointed.

Although the products look good, we have not received all the products ordered or items not ordered instead of another. We reported the problem and received the missing items. For a first order, this does not make it necessary to reorder.

It's taken off!!!

The wooden tags finally arrived after a delivery time of 3 weeks, in a torn A4 envelope and in a condition in which they had been repackaged by the post office. The unfortunate choice of packaging got stuck in a sorting machine. Fortunately, the tags themselves were not damaged. Conclusion: The wooden tags turned out really well. Next time, the retailer should perhaps choose a small parcel as the shipping packaging.

I'm disappointed with my last order. I bought over 110 self-adhesive labels for clothes and many on the same line had a lot of trouble peeling off, so many were broken and unusable...

Hello, heat-seal labels don't hold up well.

Unfortunately, the order has not arrived after more than 14 days. However, customer service worked without any problems, albeit relatively slowly. Money refunded promptly.

Meets description and order but nothing crazy for the price, see if it will last over time.

I had to claim the stickers because they didn't arrive, so it has taken me a month to get them.

Unfortunately, the sticker (i.e. the interesting one for the child) was very badly stuck on. It contained bubbles and some of the foil was still sticking out. The lunch box itself looks high quality. I can only evaluate the function after the child has started school. Addendum: @Maite: unfortunately no, I have not received an email from you?!

I thought the pendants were really cute. However, I don't like the quality at all. The edges are not painted well or already look chipped. It's a shame as I was really looking forward to the pendants.

Nice products. I only regret that the welcome offers and discounts are only valid for the 24 hours following our order. I don't order labels every day. It would have been wiser and more commercial to apply the discount from the 1st order. Another promo code didn't work. I finally validated my order and reported the problem to customer service, who told me that the code had expired the previous evening... Disappointed by the practices of this site in terms of commercial offers and promo codes, I don't think I'll be ordering from this site again. It's a shame.

The labels are very cool, I'm happy, although they took longer than expected.
