Order received: top quality, it's a little booklet with extra stickers for the kids. Everything is very well explained. I labeled everything and I'm very happy and so is my little boy! Fast shipping and very good quality labels, this is my second order and I am never disappointed.

As I write, I still have not received my order, nor any proposal from the after-sales service to respond to this situation, apart from emails containing surveys to find out if I am satisfied with their services.

The personalized lunch boxes and water bottles are very good quality and practical. Unfortunately, however, the iron-on labels for clothes are a disaster! Firstly, I had to buy an ordinary iron to put them on, as they don't adhere to the fabric at all with a steam iron (which is not clearly indicated, if at all!). Secondly, they come off very easily once I've put them on, not to mention the result after washing. Given the price, this is extremely disappointing. I'll definitely be ordering no more!

Lovely labels, they stick really well (although there was a problem with the shoe labels that came off on my son's slippers, but the soles were made of super-soft fabric) and a little mishap (I found labels with my son's name in my daughter's notebook and vice versa), but it was a great experience. I'll do it again!

I never received my order. At least the after-sales service was very reactive and offered to send it back to me or give me a refund. A few days before the start of the new school year, I preferred a refund.

Labels can be customized for both font and color. For objects, large labels work well on pens and pencils.

Very pretty labels, but unfortunately they don't stay stuck on the supplies...it's a real shame because they seem to be very well made.

I've been ordering the labels for several years for each of my boys' back-to-school trips and I've never been disappointed! The self-adhesive labels for clothes are just great, they hold up even after multiple machine washes. The school labels are great too. Beautiful designs, a very affordable price and fast shipping make me recommend these items 300%!

A great label for school stuff, but for clothes, it comes off after a few breeding sessions, but otherwise it's great.

Easy to order, just one problem with the delivery but my order was returned without a hitch after my call.
