I find that with the costs they have the delivery times are exaggerated and the only thing you receive to a complaint is an automated email

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response and to be told the status of an order that I still have not received. Very poor service.

Lots have fallen off already and my child has only been at school two weeks

After placing the order and not receiving it, several times I contacted customer service via email and still waiting for a response and the goods have not arrived

Big problem with the product. Despite following the instructions to the letter, the labels do not stick (they stick after 2 washes/uses of the clothes...)! I questioned the way I used my iron (temperature, ironing time...) until the day my son went back to school. After talking to several moms, the conclusion was the same... the labels don't stick... What a waste of time and money. I'm very disappointed with the product.

I have not received anything yet. You had given me 3/09 as the shipping date, and as of today, 19/09, I still have not received the package.

I placed an order in mid-August, they told me it would arrive on August 23rd and I'm still waiting for it? They were supposed to send it to me again but today on September 17th I am still waiting.... Very bad I do not recommend it

Unfortunately the delivery times have been disastrous, and the lack of communication and interest in our emails and calls as well, we have been buying your products for years, but I don't know if we will repeat.

It wasn't even good with one wash it's came off.

I placed an order on September 16, I received the email where I confirmed the order, I was charged for the costs but from the website it appears cancelled. I requested assistance and they responded immediately to the first email sent, as per their request I sent the copy of the payment and after that I received no response.

Almost a month after placing the order I still have not received it. After contacting the claims department they asked me to confirm the address and after that I have not heard from them again despite having written them a couple of emails. I haven't heard anything about the stickers nor have I received a refund!

Placed an order on the 1st September and I still haven't received it, despite contacting the company. Very naively saw the 48 Hour delivery and presumed it would be here pretty quickly in time for my daughter to start school. Having spent £12 on labels I had high hopes for the company and I'm disappointed by the lack of customer care and the fact I am receiving numerous emails to rate the company/product, so finally I am!

Very bad. I have a very bad experience with orders. I have not received anything from the two orders I have placed. I hope that apart from the e-mails I will get my investment back, since I ordered from another site when I saw that it did not carry. Too long a wait, 2 months, and still nothing? I do not recommend it at all.

Big problem with the labels. They all come off when the clothes are on their 2nd wash. I don't understand and find this very disappointing. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible.

It has been 20 days since the order( placed on September 2) and still the labels have not arrived. In the meantime school has started so I had to order more on Amazon which arrived in no time. So I don't need your labels anymore, I want a refund

Malisimo!!!!! Super bad!!! When you put them on they don't stick well.... at all and in the first wash all the labels have come off!!!! I will never order again! The worst thing in the world!!! I will go to a haberdashery that there will offer me safe guarantees ... that happens to me to order online these things! And now I have to do the same thing again!!!! Dioooos.... ??????????????????????

The product was intact but arrived with the wrong name for my son

Eternal time!!! Promise delivery in 48h... I placed my order on Sept. 2 and as of today Sept. 18 I have yet to receive it! And if I write to customer service you answer me not to clog the mail !!! Shame !!!

I received the labels: they are impossible to peel off. The others I had ordered two years ago were different, I don't know if it's a defect or if we changed something. With the cost they have and the waiting time, a real disappointment.

After several orders from my label with which I was satisfied, I recommended labels for the children's home and this time I was very, very disappointed because we can't remove the labels from the page without damaging them! I wouldn't recommend it again.

Satisfied after the first order I relied on your site again for the WEDDING. Well, tomorrow I get married and after 18 days still my order has not arrived and it gives me concluded in my history. I had asked for an explanation but the email was automatically generated and the number is not answered by anyone.

Still not received my order and received no response to my email of Tuesday!!!! Immense disappointment I will never recommend this site

I ordered the labels on 01/09 to date I have not received the product . A few days ago contacted customer service and am still waiting for a response.
