Very nice labels and arrived very quickly at home. Personally, I am not fully satisfied with the ones for clothes because, on the first wash in the delicate washing machine at 30° (put in the mesh) they came off partially or totally. The labels for objects and shoes,on the other hand, fully satisfied me.

Fatal. It took a thousand years to arrive. My fault I only looked at the 48 hour delivery and didn't look at the fine print that the post office can (and does) take 10 days! Other than that, very cute design but the iron-on stickers have started to lift off in 1 week (and I wash in cold water and don't use a dryer). The good thing, customer service.

I have been buying here for years and never had any problems but this year I was disappointed with how they solved an error that was not caused by me. Some labels were left behind, I claimed them very quickly indicating that I needed them urgently and when it took days and I had not received them, I returned to claim them, which was my surprise that they were still unmade, I indicated that I no longer wanted them that they did not make them and I got my money back. The answer was that nothing could be done, they were already working on it.

In themselves great stickers that hold well, but removing them from the booklet is really super difficult. My 5th grade son would have liked to stick his own stickers, but it wasn't possible without my help because he couldn't get the stickers out of the booklet and I also had some real problems getting them out without breaking them.
