Had ordered all my labels received half I had to recommend a second part

Unfortunately the order didn't arrive on time...it was lost, they were very nice to re-prepare it but I don't understand why it can't be tracked however I gave it 3 stars for the site's commitment to fix it

Very nice iron-on labels received quickly. However, very difficult to stick on with an iron if the iron automatically sets the temperature... Prefer classic labels.

The product was perfect, but the courier service was very slow. It arrived very late

It's been almost a month since I placed the order, and it still hasn't arrived. It always takes a little while to arrive (about 10-15 days), but this time they are 22 days late. I called customer service last week and a new order has been issued. I hope it arrives in time for the beginning of the school year, although I'm already very pressed for time. Otherwise, the stickers are beautiful and very functional. Too bad they are so slow with shipping and arrive late.

I'm happy with the self-adhesive labels, but the thermo labels don't stick at all! I don't know if it's because I have a steam iron, but they don't stick to the clothes at all, which is a shame.

Article was and is top - however, I wrote an email to Esistmeins after receipt, because I ordered a minimum number of labels to get another 65 for free - but this was not the case!!! I have still not received a reply.

Name stickers fine. Only complaint is that I made two orders for my son and grandson and both came in one wallet.

The font is very small and hard to read!

First time ordering and disappointed with the iron-on labels. The label comes off after 3 washes and I have to re-stick them but I hope I won't have to do this every time.

The colors of the labels on my last order did not match those on the website. Disappointing. I've been ordering for several years.

Basically good product (clothing stickers), but EVERY long shipping time, Corona or not. For this the point deduction. Because there was no advance information about possible long delivery times and we would have needed the stickers a week earlier than they actually arrived.

I was surprised by the size of the labels I thought would be on pencils, but it's impossibly large compared to the ones I got last year....

Impossible to choose my gift in the attachment to my order: Neither the illustration of the lavion (red biplane) in different sizes. AND NOT THE LITTLE MASKED THIEF !!!!!!! NOR THE BABY PAGE !!!!!!! Which are suitable for kindergarten classes. With our selection of illustrations, we can stick them on school materials (notebooks, binders, etc.) or sports and games. These are directly recognizable with the lavion illustration (red biplane). With the possibility of decorating a damaged area of our material. Which would be valid for ALL types of damage.

Well I had always trusted you, plus I love your products, but I have several orders that do not arrive on time!!! And this last one took almost 1 month, which I needed for a valía I entered my son and were ordered almost 15 days in advance and came almost a month later!!! I am a little disappointed

I ordered some for clothes to stick on unfortunately 3 have already come off at 40 degrees and tumble dry. I'm a bit sad. But they look very cute. And fast delivery Would now prefer to order for ironing on.

As usual, the labels are top-notch, but on the other hand I ordered 2 bottles and on one of them the quality of the design wasn't up to scratch: white marks and a flaw in the design transfer. What a shame!

Rather fast delivery despite high demand... but disappointed with the quality of the labels... some are not even detachable because the cut is not clean... so part of the booklet was lost...

I placed the order in June, and today on August 12, it still hasn't arrived.

I found this last stickers worst finished than the previous ones ordered.

I was extremely disappointed with my order, the labels are difficult to remove and don't hold very well. I have the impression that the quality of the labels has diminished as I didn't have this problem in previous years. For the price, I'm disappointed, especially as I'm going to have to buy them again.

Hello, I was a little disappointed with my last order because the iron-on labels didn't hold up in the 1st wash. It was difficult to remove the label and it retracted on itself. Otherwise report to the phone I had a charming young woman who advised me well .I hope you improve as in 2019/2020. Good day to you .carole Denet

Nice and great but shipping takes a long time

Labels rather well done. Disappointed, however, by the poorly printed gourd.

Great for customizing, unfortunately the iron-on labels don't really stick everywhere. Some come off after the first wash. What a pity!

I gave a gourd as a gift last year and the little girl has never been able to use it because the cap doesn't close. The gourd is otherwise pretty. Since I didn't know about it right away, I couldn't report it...I guess it's too late now 🙁

I did not receive the envelope. I sent a reminder email and received an immediate reply, assuring me of a resend shipment. The second mailing arrived correctly! I thank the customer service department.

I usually love all products from here but this time I ordered some stickers for my boys pencils and when removing them from the packaging the backing of label was paper and not adhesive attempted to peal it further with no avail 20 stickers were like this

The writing goes away with the 1st wash. Disappointed with the quality. The price is too high for the result.

Unfortunately, the package after a 15-day wait did not arrive. The postal service is probably to blame, in any case I find myself without the labels I ordered and will have to buy them elsewhere. However, the staff made me a refund. Very kind!
