The thermoadhesive labels that were sent to me were faded and poorly printed, with poorly defined outlines and blurry designs. I wrote two emails to customer service and they replied with an automated message that did not respond to my problem, then they did not respond again. Firstly, I hadn't received the e produtos and complained. The customer service team immediately came to ask me what had happened and suggested a solution.
