It's a pity that you have to make more than 9 purchases to be able to do this. My acquaintances didn't want to because of this. Because word of mouth is the fastest way to buy from you.

It's been over a month since I placed the order and I still haven't received it at home.

The quality of the labels leaves something to be desired this time. Some labels cannot be peeled off, and a transparent film protrudes over the edges or peels off completely.

Hello I put 3 stars because of the delivery. When I didn't see my parcel arrive, I had to call customer service and they restarted the production of my parcel, which resulted in a very, very long delay. Sincerely

I'm disappointed with my purchase, the clothing labels don't stick even though I followed the instructions to the letter. The positive point is the object labels.

Order not arrived

The order arrived very late, it took much longer than promised in the confirmation.

I have been using this company s for years but the quality every year is getting worst . It is a shame as they used to be really good . Hopefully they will use this feedback for rethinking their process and go back to what it used to be.

Very nice labels, as shown on the simulator when created on the website. Do not wash at all despite following instructions. Would not recommend!

Nice stickers, great designs. Something for everyone, I think. Unfortunately too wide for most manufacturer/care instructions labels - had to cut off most of them. Also too much space between mascot and text/name. When ironed on, the material didn't hold up either, although used as described. The last letters are now blurred. On a second look (I ordered a bit hastily without comparing), other suppliers have cheaper prices and also less space between the name and text. Ultimately, you need fewer names and surnames. A more flexible combination of individual label types would be better, e.g. iron-on labels with one line of text, very small stickers with only one line of name and nothing else. This way the large package was predefined. The individual options are not immediately apparent. Nevertheless, nice labels

I'm not satisfied because the colors aren't bright and they're too big to stick on pens and pencils! So I'm disappointed.

The iron-on labels come off after a few washes, it's a shame, investment not to be repeated.

I cannot give an opinion on the product, since it has never arrived to me. Theoretically on 16/7/21 it leaves the factory .... but I have never received it. Correos works very badly. I paid 9 for nothing. I had to have the labels made, elsewhere.

Following my notice of 4 days ago, I see that there is no seriousness, it is written that I am being written to this step in order to find a solution, I think this is just to show a fictitious handling of the problems. First and last order here...

I contacted you because my order had been cancelled on my account. As a result, I sent a message without any response from you. In addition, there was a delay in the dispatch of my order, even though it is clearly stated that orders are dispatched within 48 hours. I therefore received my order too late.

They did not arrive on time. It took a long time to ship with the post office.

I have already ordered several times. Sometimes the stickers are not punched out well, so you have too much foil on the sticker. Sometimes the whole top foil comes off when washing. The labels generally come off very quickly after washing, depending on the surface. The shoe stickers hold up really well. The motifs are great, the size of the stickers is ideal, more characters for longer names would be good. The iron-on labels hold very well, but no longer look nice after ironing on.

The previous time I ordered, everything was perfect. This time, I still have not received my order, the delay is remarkable.

Delighted to have discovered c mon étiquette, delighted with the result, ordered 80 iron-on labels, a lunchbox and a gourd for my son; we took the time to personalize everything together for his summer camp and for back-to-school. As a mother of 4 children, I've tried out quite a few sites. The colors are nice, but otherwise it looks like all the others. However, they don't deliver in 48 hours, but in 8 days!

Labels come off badly.

Very pretty but the thermo label on the sock came off after the first wash (having waited 48h before 1st use so 72 before first wash). I hadn't had this problem with competitors. No soucls with the stickers Delivery OK Graphics very nice

Delivery too late

Bittersweet feelings about Petit Fernand products. The thermal adhesive clothing labels on some fabrics hold up, on others they don't (synthetics in particular), both upon use and washing. The same goes for the adhesive ones, both for clothes and for objects: my 2 1/2-year-old regularly manages to peel them all off, much to his amusement and my deep frustration. In contrast, the bottles are adult-proof as well: I struggle myself to open both the original black cap and the replacement colored cap, because the interlocking is so hard, and closing them is equally exhausting. Also, it should be specified on the product page that there is an additional difficulty under the cap: the valve must be turned clockwise to open, counterclockwise to close, making it even more unsuitable for kindergarten children. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: colors and designs galore and for all tastes, the possibility of almost total customization, ease of use of the site and speedy delivery of orders make the shopping experience pleasant and fun.

I ordered these previously and was happy with the product. and that is why put in a new order for clothes and pack lunch box/ bottles labels. Disappointed this time. The shape and size of the labels is different and they don't fit so well to the clothes.

I bought them for my son for his first day at school! I have now put a name on them everywhere and I noticed that there are unfortunately not enough sticky notes with whole names! There is another boy in his class with the same first name. Otherwise I am very satisfied!

Lovely labels, but unfortunately they don't stay in place after washing. All was respected, I left 24 hours before using the clothes I had labeled and I only wash at 30 degrees, so as they can withstand up to 60 degrees I had some margin. I ordered 30, so I don't think I'll be able to use them for long, since I have to re-stick them every time I wash.

Sorry, but spanking it with the iron won't hold.

This is the first time I've used this brand for clothing labels and I'm a bit disappointed, after the first wash the labels came off... although delivery was super fast ....

The order was a few days late but nothing dramatic in itself, however this is my third order from c mon étiquette and I'm really disappointed, the labels come off after each wash despite being applied with a press, which is more effective than an iron.

Fast delivery. However, very disappointed by the printing: the font is very small and you can barely see my daughter's name (Flora). A real shame. She'll use the drawings to recognize her things.

They are fine, but one of the models looks pixelated and not of good quality.

Quality labels. Service far too long between order and receipt. The labels were to be used for the camp, but will be used for the new school year. A word of advice: plan ahead!
