The label is top-notch, holds well and won't peel off.

I never received my order!!! Customer service does not respond to your request Traceability says that the order is delivered when I have nothing in my mailbox . As a result, my daughter is starting school soon without name tags on her things!

This is the 2nd year I've ordered and I'm delighted. The labels work great on both objects and clothes.

This is the fifth year in a row that I have ordered the labels for my daughter's school supplies. I love the finish and the quality of the products. This year I had a problem with the shipment, and it did not arrive. I contacted them and they offered me a redelivery or a refund. I requested the new delivery and in three days I had it at home. Delighted with their quality and reliability. Will continue to be my choice for the following school years.

I had problems with the delivery as the package never arrived at its destination. I then made a complaint to Poste Italiane who did not take care of the problem and advised me to contact the sender of the package, Petit-Fernand. I had a few e-mail exchanges with Alessio, who solved my problem by proposing two alternatives. I consider the service excellent because in my opinion the delivery problem was more about the Italian Post Office in my country than the company. They came to my aid by agreeing on a new shipment paid for by the company itself, which is not a given. Thank you

Super quality, easy to order, lots of options to design your own personal and individual labels. I have already received several orders and will be ordering again.

Labels arrived as ordered however over the years in my opinion they have lost some quality. The shoe labels were better when there was also the clear part to apply on top for more durability. Also the ones to iron on I preferred the earlier ones.
