I'm extremely satisfied! When I didn't like the rendering, I contacted customer service, who were attentive, responsive and fast. Replacement labels were sent to me at no extra cost! In the event of a problem, an advisor contacts you quickly. I'd definitely recommend it!

I placed an order on 30.07.23. I then received a shipping confirmation on 01.08.2023 that the goods had been dispatched. The following note was on my profile: You will receive the order between August 4 and August 9. In my opinion, it takes far too long, but fine. Unfortunately, nothing arrived today (09.08.23) and yesterday was my daughter's first day at school. I firmly assumed that the goods would be delivered today. So now I have to label everything today. If I had known this earlier, I would have opted for another company that delivers faster and that I can rely on. Because when I asked 3 days ago, all I got was general information about shipping. What a pity. Please contact me, as it is possible that the goods have been lost.
