Hello, I've ordered from the site several times and never had any problems until now. My last order had a printing defect, the labels were impossible to remove from their backing, as if the outline had not been sufficiently "cut". When I finally managed to peel off a label, it was folded, with a piece of "transparent tape" added to the side: a catastrophe! I tell myself it's no big deal, the service department will surely find a solution, and then I'm in for a big surprise: there's no phone number! So I sent an e-mail, but to date I've had no reply, it's not serious at all, especially as it was urgent for the start of the new school year. Anyway, if there's no fault, it's still expensive for what it is but at least it's practical. If there's a problem, too bad for you!

I placed an order on 31/08/2021 and still haven't received anything despite several emails sent to customer service (it's now 17/09/2021). I find myself with 40 labels with my son's name on them ... that's if the order was really placed! no telephone to reach an advisor and my son finds himself with lost or stolen things at school because there are no labels. I'm extremely disappointed and hope to get a return one day.

Hello I was offered to pay more to receive it faster but it took 5 days before I was notified that I was delivered but when I went to check I could only find that they have never been delivered. So I'm more than disappointed, it's a scam!

They said it would take 2-10 business days and it took 14. I had to bring all the school supplies marked with markers. When they finally arrived they were of no use to me. I will not buy from them again. The customer service is also very bad, they don't give you any solutions.
