I haven't received anything yet

Very disappointed this year, labels with a first name so small that it's illegible, whereas the simulation was very good... in addition, the labels are very difficult to peel off, even requiring them to be re-cut with scissors. Hellish! It took me ages to do the labeling, which I usually like to do, but you've made it a nightmare. I was reluctant to go back because I was already disappointed by the change in quality last year compared to previous years when we were delighted. But this takes the cake

The package never arrived. I wrote to Customer Service and after three days they didn't even respond.

Unfortunately, the order placed on August 31 has not yet arrived, so the rating can only be one star

Hi the labels just come off after 1 washed. I did properly the instruction but its still come off. I am very disappointed.

Two weeks to deliver 20 photos is a long time.

Hello Having placed my order on 31.08.2021 I have still received nothing on 16.09/2021!!! that is to say 16 days later for simple labels .... I find this absurd.

Orders are not shipped and claims are not attended to

I have been waiting for the labels since August 25 and the solution they give me is to place another order that takes another 15 days minimum to arrive when school has already started and I am without labels for my daughter due to their poor management and lack of competence.

I have not received my order and there is no way to get an answer and find a solution.

Order placed on August 31st and still nothing received! We're told to wait but no return from the service...no refund. This site is not reliable. Very disappointed as I needed these labels quickly.

Still after almost 1 month I'm still waiting they say they have sent it to me again and nothing still hasn't arrived and it's been more than 10 days since the second one they say they have sent me and I demand my money and I'm still waiting for answers....pesimo everything

The products never arrived, they are not even traceable and I am still waiting for them to be credited. A scam, and I know I'm not the only one who has been ripped off.

Goods ordered for about a month, there was certainly delivery until 01.09 and until now NOTHING has arrived, the answers also not on email complaints, so PayPal turned on. Unfortunately there is no zero star button

I never received my order. They don't answer to my emails (only automated response in French) I called the customer service phone in Madrid, but I get a voice mail in Italian. It's a disgrace. Right now I only want my money back, but there's no way to contact them. Avoid them as much as possible.

Some of the labels I ordered were very difficult to peel off the backing. As a result, several were ruined. I'm disappointed by the quality. What's more, I was supposed to receive the labels within 48 hours, but that wasn't the case at all.

Order made on 30/08/21 Sent on 2/09 and to date order lost. To get customer service is mission impossible. I'm really disappointed, for my first order despite the good feedback I've had on this brand.

I placed an order but unfortunately it never arrived (it's been 15 days)...I can understand that it's not their fault but shipping with untracked parcel in my opinion is not a good way of working

Loyal customer, this is the first time this has happened to me with you - the labels can't be removed (and unfortunately, we only take the time to write about bad experiences) Manufacturing problem so I can't use them - big disappointment.

Labels booked on August 31, arrived on September 16. Need to improve on shipping system. I had given them away by buying them from another site.

It's been 17 days since i received my order. calls and e-mails go unanswered. non-existent after-sales service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

All or most of the labels come off when washed at 40! Following your instructions to the letter on the booklet I received, I absolutely do not recommend your company.
