I received my labels very late. To compensate, I got a percentage discount on my next order, which is an incentive to buy, not a commercial gesture in my opinion.

I've been ordering since 2017, and the quality of the labels has deteriorated. Very satisfied until now, my last two orders clearly disappointed me. Last time I couldn't peel the labels off the booklet (cmon étiquette had made a commercial gesture) and this time, despite the 48-hour installation, the labels are constantly peeling off...

Took a very long time to arrive. If I had of known this I would of ordered from elsewhere.

Most of the labels did not hold despite special care and strict adherence to the instructions.

Very long delivery time and unfortunately I don't like the labels very much. The textile labels are quite hard and are not nice to touch on the clothes. Other labels (other brands) are more flexible and nicer to the touch. So labels are ok but not so great ...

The stickers are easy to iron on and also look very pretty. Unfortunately, all the stickers came off again after washing

Motifs are great, but blurry. We have already ordered several times from EsIstMeins. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated a little from time to time and the lettering and motifs are blurred. It's a real shame, because we think the design options at EsIstMeins are much better than those of the competition.

I recommend the self-adhesive labels, which are very practical to use and stand up well to repeated washing. Iron-on labels, on the other hand, don't stand up to machine washing. Too bad. I'll go back to the self-adhesive ones.

It's a pity that when you order, the special offers are always exceeded and your order doesn't fit into the special offer. There's not a single time I've taken advantage of any special offer.

Lately, after 2 washes, the labels peel off. Especially clothing labels.

First order with you and really disappointed! Order not received to date (placed on 12/07/21) I contact you on Facebook and mail .. for a response to wait a few more days and contact you again, after this time still not received my Order I contact you and your response is we send you your order ... First order and last for me! When you indicate delivery times try to respect them my son is going to camp without these labels forced to find a solution at the last minute ... yet the order was placed a moment before the planned departure ... if the deadlines had been respected!

A little disappointed with the quality of the iron-on labels. My daughter went to the seaside, her teeshirt got wet for a while and the color of the label rubbed off. I couldn't get it back after washing, so I had to throw it away.

Unfortunately, the labels arrived 3 weeks after my order so I didn't have to test them as we didn't need them anymore. All I got was a kind and prompt reply to my complaint.

Disappointed, it doesn't wash well even though I followed the instructions. Would not recommend.

My labels arrived after my son had left for camp, so the promise was broken. I had to find a last-minute solution and now I'm stuck with labels I won't be using. Best regards Laurence Bournel Soto

Hello, I find the quality of the stickers is not as good as last year. The paper isn't as thick and it's much harder to peel off the board. It's quite obvious. Thank you very much.

Iron-on labels applied to the garment, following the instructions carefully. After a few days, after the first wash at 30°, they came off.

Very good products but shipping and delivery have become longer.

The product is really great, unfortunately I have to say that it really took 2 weeks instead of 48 hours for delivery. But I'm in good spirits and would definitely order from you again! Maybe it will work out with your timeline?

We were promised that the labels would be sent within 48 working hours, but this was not respected (4 days before dispatch when other sites send within 24 hours!), which meant that we didn't receive the labels before we left. On top of that, the after-sales service didn't warn us and only apologized after sending 2 messages. And they basically blamed the postal service (when in fact it was the shipment that was delayed, not the transport at all!) Disappointed with this experience, I found better elsewhere.

Order stickers and iron labels. There was a mistake and only sent me half my order but were quick to respond to my issue. Am still waiting for my iron labels so that the reason for three stars

I have ordered several times and always great. But the last order came with blurry stickers for clothes and the name is not well read. I will still order again.

It arrives late, deadlines are not respected, if I had known I would not have bought it.

When I ordered, I thought I'd ordered labels for my children's clothes, but I got labels for objects... which are only half useful. It's a pity, it should have been clearer when I ordered, and I should have been able to order a "mix and match". I had the first order which never arrived, but the people at c-monétiquette were very friendly and responsive!

I used the name tags to stick on textiles. Unfortunately, the stickers come off the cards very, very badly. Furthermore, the foil over the name sticker comes off. Unfortunately, I can only say whether they will last after the camp.

Personally, I wouldn't order any more because the labels are quite hard to remove from the little notebook, I had first thought on my first order that it was a manufacturing defect but apparently not because I'm on my 3rd order and the problem is still the same. This kind of comment is secondary, but it takes twice as long to label school stuff because it takes longer to take the label than to stick it on.

Labels too big for pens, it's really a shame because it's made for !!! Delivery time not respected.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered and this time the labels are very hard to take out of the book because they're not cut out properly or at all. Otherwise, it's still the best label supplier in terms of personalization.

The labels are very pretty, but it's a shame that some stick so firmly to the backing that the film splits and becomes unusable - I didn't receive any mail from you and I can confirm that some labels don't come off the backing and that they split and are therefore lost!
