I've already taken your products and find that before they were better. I put the labels on my children's pens and they come off and stick with other pens. I've never had this problem before.

I've been ordering labels every year for the last 4 years, I thought the quality was really good but this year I found them different, very difficult to peel off and once peeled off, the transparent film on the top detaches from the rest of the label, for the "Minis" labels. What's more, some of them have already peeled off, whereas before they'd lasted all year without a problem. I think there have been changes in the way the labels are made, so I'm a bit disappointed.

The quality of the self-adhesive labels seems to have changed. Of my last 2 orders, my latest is more disappointing. I had trouble peeling the labels from the backing and after sticking them on and putting them through the washing machine, I've already found more than a dozen in the drum. I'm sure they're the new ones, as the identification on the label allows me to do so, and I obviously waited more than 24 hours before putting them in the machine. Even more than a week. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with the old order, the delivery and even the bottle stoppers!

I ordered the iron on clothing labels & the shoe labels for my daughter starting school & when they came the products looked so lovely and applied so nicely that I placed a second order for my son starting nursery. I now regret placing my second order as after a first wash, all the clothing labels are coming away. I followed the application instructions to the letter yet they're still coming away, very disappointed ?? EDIT : After speaking to a very helpful member of the Petit Ferdinand team - all has been resolved and I am very happy with their customer service - excellent!!

I am disappointed with my order for two reasons: - the labels were delivered after the start of the school year, so I had to get a felt-tip pen for the first few days of school. Because of this, the parcel would be lost! - Also, and this is shared by other parents, the labels don't fit. They're hard to get onto clothes, and when you do, they only come off after one wash. The same applies to stickers and iron-on labels. Far be it from me to criticize the brand, perhaps we've just come across labels of lesser quality. Nonetheless, this makes for a rather disappointing experience. The only positive point is that I loved the colors and the writing.
