Order made on 30/08/21 Sent on 2/09 and to date order lost. To get customer service is mission impossible. I'm really disappointed, for my first order despite the good feedback I've had on this brand.

I have not received my order

I placed an order but unfortunately it never arrived (it's been 15 days)...I can understand that it's not their fault but shipping with untracked parcel in my opinion is not a good way of working

Loyal customer, this is the first time this has happened to me with you - the labels can't be removed (and unfortunately, we only take the time to write about bad experiences) Manufacturing problem so I can't use them - big disappointment.

Order paid and not received complaint with customer service I am told it is the post office I am not satisfied

My product never arrived

Labels booked on August 31, arrived on September 16. Need to improve on shipping system. I had given them away by buying them from another site.

It's been 17 days since i received my order. calls and e-mails go unanswered. non-existent after-sales service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

All or most of the labels come off when washed at 40! Following your instructions to the letter on the booklet I received, I absolutely do not recommend your company.

I still have not received my package since 8/24.

I have stuck the thermoadhesive labels following the instructions and in the first wash they have peeled off and are half stuck. They are very pretty but do not fulfill their function.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review as I ordered the labels on August 30 and by the time school started, they still have not arrived! A real disappointment as I had to turn to something else at double expense.

Lousy service. I have been waiting 15 days for the labels and nothing. The answers to any query have the same pattern, they do not respond according to the case. Let's see when I get my order....

I haven't received the labels and I've been waiting 1 week for a reply from customer service.

Labels arrived illegible with a totally different proportion from the order placed. Customer service that responds hiccupingly with an email every 3 days and still has not, despite photos sent, compensated for the damage. I understand that error can happen but you have to know how to fix it and so far nothing has been done

Well, in my case I placed the order on 3/09/2021, they send me an e-mail on the 7th that my order is on its way and today the 15th I am still waiting. I send an e-mail to complain and they answer me in French, I say that if they receive a complaint in Spanish the answer has to be in Spanish. I will never order here again in my life, I am forever disappointed.

The stickers do not stick well, poor quality, and I placed two orders, only one of which arrived. The other one I am still waiting for it to arrive after many days of having made the purchase. I do not recommend it.

Fatal! After almost a month I still do not receive the order, I contact and receive no response I do not advise buying are informal.

I am missing half of my order. I only received an envelope with labels for my son Axel. But none for my son Sam. I'm very disappointed, I order from you every year.
